No eSIM! Low RAM! Not Even Close to Entry Level!

I love the design and all the software (except that mobile application manager that installs all kinds of crapware). The battery life is great, and the camera is sufficient for memories unless you are expecting professional quality. The RAM on this device is insufficient. If the phone has been used at all throughout the day, the audio stops playing after 20 minutes when listening to music at night. After rebooting the phone, and not opening anything else, the audio will continue. If the screen is off, or on Peek, don't expect the Assistant to answer to "Hey Google", even though the settings are correct. Google support says it is a Motorola issue, Motorola support says to contact Google support. There is NO ESIM!!! Do not let the store tell you otherwise, as they did to me.

AN AWESOME, LIGHT, SMART PHONE

However, it's almost too smart. Once it "gets to know you," it's much, much easier to use. The "gets to know you" part is kind of scary not to mention weird. However, it's a LOT OF BANG FOR THE BUCK! The main thing I love about it, is that it weighs only 6.8 ozs which is like mannah from heaven for an older person, like myself, who has arthritis in their hands. It is an awesome phone with tons of features unavailable in more expensive phones like Samsungs.

Decent Phone for the Price

But it does have some features most phones don't have; like an audio jack, SD slot, and a stylus. I didn't realize Motorola still makes a 4G version of this phone until after a case I bought partially covered the audio jack, that was the 5G case.

Great phone..but

The stylus is trash it gets stuck in the slot and has broken but easily replaced from Amazon I just don't use it as much. Other than that the device is amazing. The camera is sharp well focused

A good phone at a fair price

Reasonable for phone with these specs. Phone was ready to use right out of the box and performed adequately after some setup tweaking. Stylus is helpful for those of us with older and stiff hands.
