Pretty good for low price

Very easy to transfer all my info and apps from my old phone to this one. I never really use the stylus pen yet but maybe one day?? Pretty good for the low price I paid.

This will reset all your notification settings and default apps, but you won't lose any data. Go to Settings > Apps & Notifications > See all apps > Menu (3 dots on the top right) > Reset app preferences. As we constantly improve our software, some applications or features may change so that we can usher in a new wave of technology and offerings for our users. One of them is using Google Photos as our default Gallery app. Google Photos provides a smarter way to store photos and videos. You can always try downloading a 3rd party app from Play Store if you want. He had an older version and lived it so much that he just wanted a newer version. His old one lasted about 4 years so we're hopeful that this one will as well! So far, it's been a great phone.

A few apps I could not uninstall that I wanted to. Much better than previous Moto e5plus, but did not transfer some of my things from the previous. Windows 11 drives me crazy trying to get me to take Microsoft edge and Bing.

Battery lasts a full day of all day use for YouTube and Snapchat and tik tok. It's still working after sprite and Dr Pepper have both been spilt on it . So it's a very good phone !!

My issue is with Best Buy. They sold this phone that requires a SIM card but did not include it or let me know. So unable to set it up, I needed to go BACK to the store to purchase one. Very poor service!

Using mint mobile for $15 unlimited a month and I couldn't be happier. I got rid of att and had a real hard time doing it. Make sure you get an unlocked phone to avoid being a prisoner of AT&T or any other phone company.
