Slow is sometimes caused by too many running apps in the background, use your recent apps button to close apps you're not using. It is also a good practice to restart the device periodically (every 2-3 days) to clear out buffers and memory that may lead to intermittent issues. It's great to hear that you're finding the Buttmaster3000 easy to use! We'd like to help address your concern about the slow charging of the device. Could you please check if you have the latest software version installed on your device? You can do this by going to Settings > System > Advanced > System updates. Additionally, it would be helpful to know if you are using the original Motorola charger that came with the device.
