It's a lot easier and cheaper than buying from carrier. Plus you don't have to pay that bogus one time $35 dollar activation fee. I haven't payed that unnecessary fee in 8 years. I just pull my current sim and put in the new phone. That easy when you purchase a Motorola or Samsung. Sorry apple. Not as simple as that.

She is able to use it with minimal guidance which is great. She does complain however about the sound going in and out, or the phone nor ringing despite being turned all the way up sometimes. Each time i have her restart and check the settings. she takes alot more photos now, and they are much clearer than her old phone.
