I couldn't be happier with the item and i received the phone literally the next day after ordering. I chose an android phone because my former phone was an android and it was recommended to be easier for me. My cell phone use is moderate but I have found the transition to the new phone to be excellent perhaps because the store technician gave me excellent help and important details. I am really happy that I bought my phone at Best Buy!
