To better assist you, could you provide us with more information regarding when this concern first occurred and the steps you have taken to resolve it? In the mean time, may I suggest checking if your device has the latest software update? To do this, go to your Settings > System > Advanced > System updates and make sure all your apps are updated. You may also try to reset the network settings, this will revert your phone's network-related settings to the original state. It wipes saved Wi-Fi connections, Bluetooth devices, and VPN configurations on your phone.
Everything must be set up from scratch.
Go to Settings > System > Advanced > Reset Touch Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth > RESET SETTINGS. Touch RESET SETTINGS
Try to reconnect to Wi-Fi, cellular data, and Bluetooth, or try to share your Internet connection again. For other concerns, please send us an email at supportforums@motorola.com. -Ythan

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm not a big tech person in any respect, so it has taken me years to feel the need to update my phone. Not wanting to be locked in to any carrier I knew at the very least I wanted something unlocked; I was also looking for a fairly new release that didn't have a bunch of extras built in (I'm not a vlogger, I don't want/need 5 cameras; if I want a phone that folds I'll get a flip phone lol) and was reasonably priced. I was fully prepared to pay around $500 so finding this phone was a very pleasant surprise! It ticks all my (admittedly limited) boxes, is very easy to setup/use, and is more than easy on the eyes (both in form as well as screen fidelity). Again, not really a tech person, so I cannot speak to specifics on that front, but if you're looking for a smartphone that does the basics well (i.e. call/text, basic video streaming, web surfing, mobile games, etc.) this phone's got you covered. Plus it doesn't have a bunch of bloatware! Aside from the Google suite that's standard to Androids and some Moto features, there's very few extras included, and what's there is able to be deleted. On top of that it's also got 64GBs of storage (that can easily be expanded further with a MicroSD) so you've got more than enough space for whatever you need. As I said in the title, my mom's got even less tech savvy than me, but after playing around with my phone for a bit she's in love, so next paycheck I'm picking one up for her as well (and given the quick and easy setup the process won't turn into an all day affair lol). Overall I would definitely recommend this phone for anyone looking for a solid smartphone that doesn't have a bunch of unnecessary frills.

Good Phone at a Good Price

It is relatively fast and the camera takes amazing photos! I'm still getting use to it but overall I'm happy with my purchase. Definitely a great phone for under $200.
