Hi MEST98, We're sorry to hear the stylus is missing. Since the stylus is included with the phone at the point of sale, we recommend contacting Walmart, where you purchased the device. They should be able to assist you with getting a replacement or clarifying what should have been included in the box. -Mitch

Since your phone is new, there are a few steps that can help optimize battery performance. First, please try restarting the device and check if any apps are running in the background that may be consuming power excessively. You can go to Settings > Battery > Battery usage to see which apps are using the most battery. Reducing screen brightness, disabling always-on display, and turning off unnecessary connectivity features like Bluetooth, GPS, or mobile data when not in use can also help. Additionally, make sure your phone is running the latest software version by checking Settings > System > Software updates.
