The Google phone's battery would become very hot and the phone would freeze up and required a reboot. The Motorola is nice. I've only had it for a couple of weeks but it works fine.

My salesperson was very professional and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend going to Best buy to purchase a phone whether you enjoy motorola. Samsung iPhone, etc.

After much attempts to ask questions and be helped I decided maybe I'll just go ahead and get an unlocked Android. It was very hard to find anybody and the phone department that really cared about selling a phone that wasn't from a specified phone carrier. The lady that was at the door did seem helpful and kind as trying to point me towards somebody who would help. The guys in the phone department seem to annoyed that they had to dig around for a phone that was unlocked and did not want to help me compare futures or models. When I picked out a phone they had to dig and dig for one. I asked them over and over are you sure this is unlocked they said yes. Spent the time and money to get this phone took it to my carrier and they told me that it is not unlocked. Had to spend more time to go to another Best buy and return it.
