We're sorry to hear about this AnneW. May we know when this concern starts to happen? Have you tried to insert the SIM card on the other device if it behaves the same? Could you please share with us more information regarding when this concern first occurred and other steps you have taken to resolve it? have you tried also contacting your carrier to see that there's no concern from their end.
