Phone ok, not happy with Best Buy

I went to the Best Buy nearest to me for a new phone. The Motorola Moto g with the stylus was "on sale" for 250.00. So, I say ok l will take it , but they don't have it in stock. So, I drive all the way to Florida City to get it, reason being that I know Best Buy always helps you transfer the data from one phone to another for us people who aren't all that tech savvy. I buy the phone, go over to the Geek Squad dask and there's an employee that looks like a homeless person. I ask for his help with the phone and he says he can't help and I have to do it myself,that I probably know more than he does and there's nothing he can do. So, I leave to find a friend who could help. I get home and I should have checked eBay. The same phone brand new for sale for 99.00 free shipping. Im disappointed with Best Buy . I managed to set up the phone with help from a friend.

It's a replacement

But I had the geek squad coverage so I was able to get it exchanged to get this one I'm still getting used to it. Still trying to figure it all out. This one seems to drain the battery, and slow to charge
