    I was excited to upgrade my cell phone to the Moto G 5G Stylus (2023). Unfortunately, I went to use it today only to find it had the black screen of death on it. I just received it in October! Not a happy camper at the moment as my order page says it is not returnable. Ugh!

    Didn't work with Metro

    Although this phone says it is Metro compatible it is not possible to get it turned on because Metro wants 2 IMEI numbers and it only has 1. Also, because my granddaughter was sick when I received it I didn't have chance to turn it on until aftrr 14 dsys so I didn't find out I couldn't until after 14 days so I can't retutn it.

    I bought this for a friend and i must say she was disappointed in the performance of the phone. I bare connected to most networks. Overall, she didn't like it. We had to return it to get a samsung phone

    Best buy sent me the wrong color and wont make

    it right. I got sent the crystal gray color and i cant find that color listed anywhere. I looked up the imei number and says its a downgrade for what i ordered. But the box says different. I have no clue what they sent me.

    The shipment was 2 days late and my item was damaged. The screen has multiple cracks and I will not buy from Best Buy again.

    Not a good phone, this is not a phone to choose from. The first one U had was great, the second one I came inside several times to change out and still having the same issues. It's the phone.

    My phone is not 2 weeks old yet. It constantly turns on and off by itself. It constantly drops calls and is definitely NOT user friendly! Do not waste your money!!!

    I got this phone but it started to give problems right away it will shot down by itself for no reason.i had it for like a week and had to return.

    It said it was an unlocked phone but when trying to log in with the network it was not compatible. service was good and returned it with no problem.
