    While the price was good,the phone lacks key features other new cell phones have like the ability to charge externally. Plug in is the only option. The phone is a little slow and doesn't hold a charge long unplug to go to work by the evening the battery is down below 30%.

    T-Mobile customer, sad that Best Buy no longer deals with them. But had the phone for a week now, seems to be doing ok.

    Get what you pay for (not good)

    Good phone at first glance but poor ram management makes it unusable as a work phone. Phone is laggy when put under any demand, and constantly closes applications to manage ram/memory, which means it closes applications like Teams mid meeting or mid call or in the middle of typing out a message. Hoping it would last me at least a year but I am going to have to ditch this phone, and doubt I will return to Motorola ever again.

    Major issues out of the box, twice.

    Bought one less than a week ago, had issues right out of the box: Touchscreen registers presses but does not fulfill the action(opening app, pressing back button,etc) Touchscreen registers a press as a swipe Touchscreen registers a press as a hold Phone runs warm enough that I can feel it heating up through the case. Cannot dial MMI codes Got it replaced, exact same issues out of the box. Went in again, supervisor tells me I get what I pay for and hints that I should buy a far more expensive phone so the minimal basic functions of a smartphone work properly. These were both new phones. Not open box or refurbished.

    Phone is complete garbage it's system eats every bit of available ram the camera is junk the phone itself is plastic junk It supports 20v charging while they only supply a 10v even when charging 20 it uses more power to use the phone then the charging rate be ready to be stuck on a charger and still dying
