But another phone, 5g is crap!

I got this phone because I needed more space, better camera, etc. I waited more than 45 minutes for it to install an app through data. I can't go to ANY website whatsoever while I'm the middle of a city! There's no way to revert back to 4g or lte. I HATE this phone!!! Waste of money. Battery is terrible too.

Lock pin failure

The only hiccup has been the pin to unlock the phone. I never changed the pin after I set it up, however, I could not unlock the phone 2 weeks later. Entering the pin multiple times failed. I finally powered the phone off by holding the power button down. After that, the pin worked. I have tried to disable/remove the lock phone feature in settings to no avail. For this, 4 stars instead of 5.
