The Google services transferred all my info, and it has been a breeze to use. The stylus is annoying with Google docs, but otherwise it's great. Also, the best buy store and employees were fantastic.

1. Restart your device: Press and hold the Power button for 2 seconds and hit Restart.
2. Update all applications: Go to Google Play Store > Menu > Manage apps & device > under Updates available, tap "Update all"
3. Run a Diagnostic Test: Go to Device Help App > Device Diagnosis > Hardware Test > Full Test.

I bought this phone because of the stylus and it's 5g. The phone is a little bit bigger than my moto one action. Pretty much the same feature with addition of subs new ones. I would recommend this phone. However i had to return my phone because the mic has an issue.

Microphone sucks

Good phone but misleading listing.

But the description from best buy stated no flaws and includes all original accessories. It only had a phone. No charger. No cables. No sim tool. Also was damaged on the corner like it had been dropped. Also listing showed 512 gb (256 internal and 256 included sd card). This is only 256. No sd card either. Quite disappointed in the purchase experience. Phone is good.
