You can check if a specific app is draining your battery:
Go to Settings > Battery > USAGE DETAILS.
Swipe up to view the list of apps and features using power since the last full charge.
Touch the app or feature using a lot of power.
Under Manage battery usage, touch options for reducing power usage.

Couldn't receive incoming calls

Have you tried to insert another carrier SIM card to see if it has the same concern?
