Absolute wonderful phone with large screen. Process is quickly. Takes great pictures. And the price... is a STEAL!

Best phone I've ever bought and for the best price I could ever find. I purchased it because it had 256 gigs of storage and came with an extra 256 gig SD card and was still 50 bucks cheaper then the 128 gig that Metro had. It's already fell from about a 4 ft shelf twice on to linoleum tile without a case or screen protector and not even a scratch! I'm very happy and satisfied and would recommend to everybody!

This phone has everything I need. Nice screen, good battery life, and pretty fast. Lots of memory.

Motorola seems to have dug into old memories and started making decent phones again. This phone is very functional, responsive, and checks all the boxers for a decent mid grade phone. it even has a stylus ! No wireless charging, and the screen isn't perfect. But for the price its excellent.

No need to list all the specs. If you're reading reviews then you're probably doing your homework so you already know the specs. It's a great phone, feels good to use, but it's huge. Twice as big as my previous moto g5 plus. I usually wear 2x gloves and I can't use the phone with one hand. Two hands to type, browse or even play solitaire. If you need a big screen then this is your phone, They stylus is great if you use one often but be aware the stylus doesn't work on other devices, at least not the ones I've tried it on. Kind of a bummer b/c part of the reason why I chose this phone was so I could use the stylus in conjunction with my tablets. If you want a big phone then this is your phone.

This phone is my best friend. I can do so much on this phone. And the security is is off the chain. Features that they have for this phone are next level, pictures are great as well. Plus the 512 GB is nothing to sneeze at. If u are busy like me, u need this phone. Best Buy had it at an amazing price.

So far it is a great phone. Fairly fast, great screen quality. The camera also works good even though we don't use it much. We didn't buy it for the taking pictures. I would rate it as a 5 but the microphone doesn't sound the greatest.

Solid phone choice. Battery lasts all day. Not too large or heavy. Can still fit in a front pants pocket. Stylus is a neat and useful item with the note taking application. So far, very pleased with the purchase.

I really like this phone. I had Motorola phones years ago but my last 3 phones were Samsung. I am still learning how to do some things on the moto g.. but so far I love it. It works well and has some nice features. I got it black Friday on sale. I am pleased I was able to get a new phone for 299.00 and it works great. My network is now T-Mobile. I'm saving 35.00 a month with unlimited talk, text and DATA and Netflix. I only had 2gb with my old plan and paid 98.00 a month for just one phone and nothing else. The reviews I read about this 5G phone were really good. I don't try to do everything on my phone like some people. I use my tablet at home for playing games and YouTube etc. But for calls and texting and even streaming shows the moto 5 works great!

Motorola, thank you. I'm completely shocked. I always had iphones. Recently I switched to Samsung which I love. Well after breaking my third phone in 3 months my wife was mad. She made me get a phone for under 500 bucks. So I decided to take a shot on this phone. For $299 this phone rivals my Samsung S22. Thanks.

Coming from a Pixel 6, I find this phone to be a pleasure to use so far. I am not a power user or an avid user of things like snapchat but it does well for what I need. It does have its strenghts and weaknesses. I prioritize battery life with a bit of performance for my phone preferences, which fits my purpose. All I do is day to day life things like phone, text, google maps for bus transit, listening to bluetooth music, and games like Genshin Impact is playable to get me by through the day. With my use, I do experience lag at times from heavy apps like snapchat when I do screen flicks but honestly it is not too bad. What I really like is the battery life of this baby. I can see 2 days of battery life to be realistic. Sometimes more if I don't use it much. At moderate mix usage of bus transit, phone, text, playing music with earphones, and playing genshin impact, I expect to drain about 40-50% in a 24 hour period. And have almost enough juice to last me the next day comfortably. In comparison to the Pixel 6, I litterally dont have battery anxiety where I feel I may run out of juice mid day. WIth that said, I charge it every 24-36 hours, or do a near full discharge to recalibrate battery at around 48 hour mark. This is with 5G turned off. Also . . . The one of the big plus with this phone is NFC for mobile payment. I am not a fan of bringing my wallet around so I find that mobile payments is a godsend. I pass off Motos other budget phones due to this but I am glad it is there now. Love the security log in features. It has face and dedicated fingerprint reader on the power button. Much more easier to access your phone in any situation, and also good for seniors too! It reads and it is snappy! A few things that are its weaknesses, or that I find to be not as useful. The stylus to me is a gimmick, unless you like to draw or note things manually. It works fine with all the shortcut it offers. It is NOT an S-Pen level though. Camera is an obvious downgrade to me from the Pixel 6. I kind of expected that but I can manage since it also has a macro lens that I like using. Photos can appear washed out, needs a lot of light or it will have a lot of noise, and also image stabilization is not the best. It is usable. Its just situational. Mono speaker? It has 1 speaker but its loud enough to have an alarm wake me up. An obvious downgrade from the pixel 6 where sound quality is 3/5. It does not distort at high volumes though which it has that going for it. Lastly, moto only offers 2 years of software support which is a bummer. One of which is an Android Firmware upgrade. Comparing to the Google or Samsung phones, they support 4 years of security support. Keep that in mind. Conclusion: Don't expect this to be a heavy daily driver it may disappoint. It is not meant for that purpose. If you are casual phone user looking for NFC, LONG battery life, decent performance, or as a student that studies on their phone with a big screen then this is one for you. If you are a photo enthusiast, heavy social media user, or something that then I would suggest looking for something above the Snapdragon 600 series chip.

great deals for your money. Went to another install my phone at T mobile and the customer service said wow, This brand new phone offered more colors, then t mobile, and came with 120 memory chip. Cheaper price at best buy, also. Motorola takes great pics and easy to set up.

Very nice phone for the money! Does everything I want, it's fast, plenty of storage. Google backup didn't transfer my call logs, but that's not the phone. So far I love it.

Phone features seem to be good, and work well so far. The storage capacity was better than the identical phone at Verizon. That phone only came with 256GB storage, on the phone. This offer had 256 GB in the phone, and a 256 GB SD card, for a total of 512 GB storage! Battery as advertised is 5000mAH, lasting two days. I find that with my normal usage, it will easily last 24 hrs, but that is all. And if I used it more, the battery will last only 15-20 hours. I've only had the phone for four weeks. The representative at the sales counter did a good job setting the phone up, and showing me how to adjust the settings. I commend him on the effort in doing so. I came from a Moto z4, running stock Android 10. This phone runs Android 12. There is a big difference in how the system behaves, and many new variations how the settings can be adjusted. I have not been able to fully understand the manual, and its explanations, to achieve the settings I want, to get the phone to behave the way I want it to. Unexpected outcomes when I adjust settings. Also, my settings seem to change themselves when a system patch occurs. I have to reset them. Motorola and Android have developed phones that are so technically complex, with so many great features, that it is often difficult to make just a phone call.

I got this for my husband because he was looking for a simple not too expensive phone and this phone does the job. He loves it so far. The dark blue color is beautiful and with its 6.8 inch size, he enjoys play his game on it. This one is 256GB and for $250.00, thats a good deal

a good phone, very low price, and it has a large screen, other than that it has a good camera the only thing I didn't like was the color but it was the last one there was

Bought this fir a extra phone to run off hot spot. Its a quality phone for the price. Its nice camera and has android operating ststem. Its in a case. But its a cool sea green color. Has a stylus built in oen. I would recommend this phone.

This is a great phone I have purchased many unlocked phones before and this one is the best one yet. This thing has great battery light. A great processor, it truly is a little computer in my hand .

Great smartphone for the money! With 256GB of space, lots of room for music, photo's, games, etc.. Stylus is also an added bonus!
