dang, I like this phone
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bailed on the iPhone world to see how it would be and I'm shocked at what I found. This phone smoothly and quickly executes all the things I ask it to do, Turns out this phone totally delivers at a fraction of the Apple cost and android is fantastic.

Love this phone.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had a G6. Dropped it numerous times. Of course I cracked the front of it till it was hard to see view what I was looking at. Needed a new unlocked phone. G7 with 32 gigs was on sale $125. Perfect phone for me. Does everything I need, in a reasonable priced phone

||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Moto G7 Play is a great upgrade from my G2. I'm not a heavy user, but it meets all my needs. It has good phone reception, responds quickly, and has a decent camera.

Very good phone
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For the sale price, this is a great purchase... but if comparing features with the more expensive iPhones and Samsungs, this will fair poorly. However, considering the price ($129), dependability of Motorola and that it is unlocked, this is a very good deal!

Motorola - Moto G7 Cell Phone with 32GB Memory
||Posted . Owned for 11 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The best android smart phone I have used. Long battery life and directions for travel using contact information or internet locations at the touch of a button. No issues with not enough memory even after saving over a hundred photos.

More Than What You Pay For
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's a cheap phone with not so cheap design. The android software is as solid as any flagship phone, hardly any intrusive bloatware. As for negatives, the hardware seems to be where its low price starts to rear its ugly head. The feel and look of this phone are fairly premium, however I experience random bootloops (the phone will restart randomly during normal-strenuous usage), and bluetooth functionality seems to be weak to nonextistant (I've tested this with two bluetooth devices I use regularly with another phone, have NOT tested with headphones or any music related devices). Overall I'd say it's a good value.

Great gift for gaming/video
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this as a gift for my husband who's aging Moto pure x finally gave out. He watches a lot of YouTube videos and plays games/uses Netflix on his phone. Once he got used to the improved features on the new phone, he loves it! The screen is a bit smaller than my regular Moto g7, but all the other features seem to be there, fingerprint or facial recognition unlock, shake to activate, a good camera, etc. He could probably give a better review than I could, but I am happy that he is satisfied with the gift.

A good phone at a reasonable price
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this Moto G7 play for my wife's first smartphone. It has plenty of capabilities, battery life, and memory for our basic user needs. She liked its narrower profile to better fit her hand. We wanted a Moto family so I could help her get acquainted, since I have an earlier version. That was a slight disappointment since they have changed the phone's USB port so we can't share the same cord in the car. Also some of the functions on the phone have changed, so we aren't as able to quickly share phones. We aren't power users that want to heavily personalize our phone, so learning one configuration would have been preferred.

Nice phone - for what it is
||Posted . Owned for 9 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very good phone if you know what to expect. It's great for every day users who aren't particular about the camera or the "best performance". Basically, if you aren't on a flagship model from the last few years you won't notice a difference on speed IMO. I used it as a backup phone and I'm back on a flagship now, but even for me the speed was acceptable and I was pleasantly surprised. Perfect for older parents who just need something that works.

Customer service was excellent
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Employee able to quickly and knowledgeably troubleshoot problem with existing phone based on described symptoms experienced - no way to fix. Bought new phone with his recommendation given my needs and cost objectives. Employee was quickly able to transfer service and data from old phone to new phone. Only thing I don't necessarily like is related to the phone itself - Motorola OS is different than the Android OS - still getting used to - verdict is still out as to whether or not I like the new OS.

Daughter's first phone
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Our 13-year-old daughter finally got her first phone, which is a blessing and a curse, as parents know. But as far as the device itself, we have no complaints. I bought it to work with Tello, a Sprint MVNO carrier, and the setup was really easy. Our daughter is prone to losing things, so we wanted a phone that isn't too expensive. Plus, we can't afford an iPhone or Pixel anyway -- even my husband and I don't have the top-tier phones and don't care to. Bottom line: this is a fine option for an affordable, entry-level phone.

Good inexpensive smart phone
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The second motorola smart phone I've owned. The first was a model G5, which I used for 3 years. They are great entry level phones. Very user friendly. Decent camera. Excellent speaker (loud and clear). Plenty of battery life, good for two days use.
