    As always, the service staff at the Albany store are excellent. We were helped by Aron Ali who I highly recommend. The Motorola phone is a gift to a relative in California so it hasn't been used yet therefore I can't give it a rating.

    I bought this cell phone for a brother, so I can't give much detail about his performance, I just know that he is delighted with his new cell phone, in fact, shortly after he asked me to buy another pair because his friends also thought it was a very good mobile. At that time Best Buy had a very good deal, so even though I'm not using it, I can tell that it was an excellent buy.

    Screen is large(5) Phone charger is type -c .very quickly charged the phone. Camera quality is not that great(i rate 3) Face-recognition is working(4) Finger print unlock is working(4) Ear phones were not provided :(

    Excellent budget Android phone if you can compromise on display quality. In fact, you can't expect AMOLED or Retina grade screen at a $119 price point. Leaving the display aside, it has amazing specs and promises a snappy user experience. Its large display makes it inconvenient for one-hand operation. But if you are watching videos, you will love it. I am very happy with this purchase.

    Motorola turned the heat on with the Moto G7 series and the plus series is all you need for a all round near stock Android experience. The phone downloaded all that is needed as part of security updates, zippy when opening resource intensive graphics , stunning streaming on a stubby display all while moderately using battery and functioning as a cell phone. Can’t be happier with this purchase.

    Bought the same phone twice. The first one was awesome. Great memory, reception, camera and battery life. No complains, until I smashed it beyond repair by accident. Decided to buy exactly the same one because I was so happy with the first one. And the price was right too. Well, it had hard time connecting most of the time and it battery was emty by the end of the day. Had to return it.
