good battery life, quick access to camera, satisfy in general

Like the larger screen, love the HD, stereo sound is really good and connect to a Sony blue tooth speaker I bought at the store for it. Nice added feature.

Bought this phone a week ago and a very nice and patient young lady changed things from my old phone. I ordered a protector case from Amazon and started having problems. Took the phone to a Geek and he fixed the problem and said the case I bought didn't fit the power button and caused the problem. He fixed the phone so I could make and receive calls and said to bring it in the next day and someone in the phone department would download my items. This was done but I still could not make the phone work for me. I have been back to the store 5 times and finally my daughter came to Duncanville from Denton and helped me to understand the phone better and to add some things that I didn't know how to add. Then today I can't find things that I had used before. I got a call and the phone cut me off mid call or the person called hung up - not sure which. I am a senior citizen and don't have a 5-year-old to help me learn my phone and there are no printed instructions for this (or any) phone. Having to come back to the store each time I have a problem is very embarrassing to me and I feel upsetting to the person helping me. I like the size of the phone, but wish it were more user friendly for "old" people.

While this phone has worked perfect for my case use, it's performance is slow compared to lower end Galaxy phones.

This is a really good looking phone. Not huge and not heavy like newer cell phones on the market. I had issues with being able to hear ringtone-even on highest setting and screen kept going black. Wanted to like this phone.

Phone made March 2021, was obsolete (not supported by Motorola) when I purchased it in August 2021. Slow at all things, even dialing a call. Phone app glitchy. Clean android. No bloat ware.

Great phone at its price. Great battery as well, can easily lasts for a day.

This is a great phone, and I got it at a good price. My old Motorola played out, and this one is the perfect replacement.
