This was purchased as a gift for a pre-teen. It was well received. The individual really loved the phone. This phone is really great especially when not trying to break your bank account.

    The battery is lousy

I did a lot of research on various phones that I could afford. When I found this one I knew I had found the perfect one. The price was right and it came promptly. The phone is excellent (5 stars),I love all of the features and it is affordable and well built. The battery is almost unbearable. (1 star) I had read the reviews where others talked about the battery not lasting. I thought, "Well I'm sure it is because they are just to picky. It will be fine for me." I have to charge it 2 to 3 times a day and most of the time it is just on standby. I don't usually even watch videos or play games. The charger is extra fast, which helps, but you can't always have an electrical outlet everywhere you go to recharge it. How can such a nice phone have such a lousy battery?

Decent phone when lte is in full effect. Works exceptionally on my network carrier. Refuse to spend over $200 for a phone that it will be outdated in a couple of years. Originally searched for a phone with removable battery but it was hopeless. This phone is a learning curve but once you get the hang of it there's plenty of features that support usability. Make sure you do your research before purchasing this phone to make sure it can work with your network provider. Otherwise awesome phone. Pros: - Huge Upgrade from old phone. Internal storage is 4x that of my old phone! - Faster speeds when wifi or max network coverage - Great perks for being a phone under $150 Cons: Average battery life only after you go through the battery saving settings. I would have gotten the Moto g7 power of it was the same price and internal storage capacity. -Its not the phones fault but sometimes my reception is limited because the phone is not from my carrier.

There's a learning curve for a first time user

Phones have come a long way from the days of a phone that had a single function -- to make and answer telephone calls. This is my first smart phone. I bought it because so many businesses now use a smart phone to access various offerings (you can pay by phone, have coupons on your phone, have a boarding pass on a phone, and on some cruise ships a cell phone will function as a super key card for opening a cabin door and making purchases onboard). The Moto G7 plus is beautiful and versatile and packed with a lot more stuff than I want or need and that's my only complaint -- I spend hours trying to learn what all those little icons stand for, and trying to make the phone do what I want it to do and look the way I want it to look but then, without warning, something else pops up that I didn't ask for and my attempts to get it off the screen take me to yet another screen that I didn't want to go to. A month from now I may feel that it is an always needed personal device, but the learning curve is annoying for now.

Quick Delivery and great price from Best Buy. I have always used Motorola so assuming this would be same experience. Screen seems nice with the color I wanted. Camera looks so nice, very clear and sharp pictures. 64GB seems ok to me but that is worth the price I paid for.

At first I was really happy to receive this phone and being able to buy it at a discount because it was on special. I am sending this phone out of the country since its unlocked and a previous version I bought has worked well. I dont have a problem with the phone thus far. My concerns are really that there are no case options for this phone and barely no screen protector options. I've purchased now two of each and nothing, there's something off even though things are listed as for Moto G 7 Plus... Perhaps not the best idea to make a whole new phone concept the camera being bigger and oval and not having a case that fits from previous year versions or a new one for this specific phone. Regardless, I am not saying the phone itself is not good. In my case it will serve its purpose to be sent internationally. I just know now that since it won't have a decent case the phone may not last the time that I intended it to last.

Haven't used it long enough to judge performance, however more than decent unlocked phone for the sale price of $120. Beware that after some research I discovered this version of the g7+ does not have a case included (like the previous) and most cases for g7+ won't fit due to the camera lense being oval. You'll have to shop for the T-Mobile Revvlry Plus cases for a match, as it's a rebrand of a rebrand. Poor marketing job....

This device feels more expensive than its low price. It is packed with fun and innovative features. The operating system is quite fast. Battery life is excellent. The fingerprint reader is ultra sensitive; just picking up the device and handling it, or laying it on the side where the reader is will set the reader off. When one goes to unlock, a message advising of too many attempts at unlocking is waiting, and even facial recognition will not work. When using the alarm feature of the clock app, an alarm cannot be customized for a specified day/date; alarms can be set only within a 24-hour cycle - a serious drawback.

Nice crisp display. Battery life decent, I can get through the whole day without recharging. Had to buy this phone quickly because my Google Pixel 3XL died a sudden death. This phone is only a temporary one until the Pixel 6 is released. That said, took a little getting used to, power and volume buttons are reverse we d c ok compared to my old phone, still haven't fully gotten used to that. Not a bad basic phone. Haven't used the camera or other features that much, so I really can't do a complete review.

Great phone for the price! Bought it on sale for $119. Person waiting on me did not know what he was doing, so the assistant manager took over, and she did a great job. Like how Best Buy can get me all hooked up to my provider and transfer all of my data -- including texts -- to my new phone. My biggest problem has been finding a case to fit the phone. The camera is oval and does not fit in other cases. T-Mobile Revvlry+ cases do work. I found one on Amazon. Motorola does NOT make a case for this phone. It's a shame that they can sell a phone that has no case available.

. I went online at Best But and came across this Moto G7 Plus. I knew this would be perfect for me. So far, it has been great. Once I do upgrade down the road, this will be nice to have as a back up phone in case we have another recliner episode. I definetly recommend. **check out the sales Best Buy runs from time to time. Finding a case was a bit of a challenge in light of the oval camera - it's not round as in the pictures - but I was able to find one on Walmart.com (sold by Bisen) for under $8 (w/ free shipping) that fits and works great. The case still has a round camera hole - but it's big enough that it fits over oval camera fine, and everything else on case lines up perfectly. BTW - you'll definitely need a case since phone is all glass and pretty slippery. I did buy a cover and screen protector for it to keep it safe. Thus far, the phone works well for her and she loves it. I recommend this product to my friends and family

This is my 2nd moto phone and its great. I'm normally a Samsung user and I think I actually like this phone just as much. Decent camera as well. I don't feel like I took a loss on specs/ features even though I paid significantly less than what I usually pay.

Bought the moto 6 a few years ago and was a really durable phone for the environment in which I work. Only after cracking camera lense did I decide to replace it. This time I purchased the Moto 7 plus and WOW! GREAT PHONE . I have been very pleased with the upgrade. If you're looking for a great phone and don't want to spend a small Fortune then this is the one. Thanks to the great service at the Hoover Best buy that went out of their way to make sure everything was setup before I left.
