They include an extensive walk-in repair network that in many cases can provide same-day service, plus mail-in and some fix-it yourself options. You will find an interactive map that allows you to find a carry-in center convenient to you. We recommend contacting the repair center to ensure they are prepared for your specific issue. - Mike

Good way to throw away your money!

I was in the middle of making an online pickup order and it turned off. It never turned back on again--even after attempting to charge, attempting to reboot, etc. The phone was not functioning at all. I sent it in to Motorola after telling them what had happened & they told me: Our Warehouse team received your device with a physical damage on it (Display cracked), therefore for us to receive the phone we need to charge you for an applicable physical damage fee of $125+tax. Please give us a call for further assistance on the case. I paid less than that for the phone lol ridiculous. i just wanted it to turn on.

Worst battery life

Camera wont work so soon

It was okay at first. But now I'm having several issues with apps crashing. Furthermore today the rear camera wont work. It says error 01400001. I just read another review here that says the same issue

First Motorola to not be useable on Verizon

I’ve always purchased motos for my teenagers, they’re great phones at an incredible value and unlocked. For some incredibly ignorant reason, this particular model isn’t useable on Verizon. The 5 & 6 are as are nearly every other model, but some genius made the 7 incompatible. It was a gift so we were way past the return period by the time it was received. Very disappointed, the phone is useless

Stupid phone.

I can connect all my other devices. EASILY!!! WHY AFTER 3 HOURS CAN I NOT CONNECT THE WiFi? It should not be this difficult to use. I am college educated and I believe this has to be the worst phone ever. Youtube the instructions for connecting to WiFi. And still doesn't work. Stupid phone.

Went into a reboot loop. Not good

However, I would not recommend this phone. It was a cheap option for me as I did not want to get an expensive phone, but after those first few months it went into a reboot loop. I was not able to fix it afterwards. Bad phone in the long run.

Very disappointed

I have had a Motorola phone for years but this one is awful. I try calling someone and it won't go through. My family tried calling me and it doesn't ring in. I haven't had one day since buying it that it has worked right. I don't know what happened to this one but I don't think I will be getting another one anytime soon.

GPS has become inaccurate

This makes using Google maps impossible to use. Didn't last a month

The rear camera just stopped working (error 01400001) Also, websites with JavaScript make the browser crash (any browser) The return item period just ended so now I'm stuck with dealing with shipping it and getting it repaired. I would suggest you spend a little more on a better phone.

Moto G7 E Plus

Well it doesn't. Tried to activate with my SIM and it won't work. Now I'm 1 day over the 14 Return period because you closed at 7 P.M.

Crappy phone.

Just like the last one I had the phone randomly goes black and does not turn on for several minutes and a lot of other issues. I will never buy another Motorola phone.
