I have been working on trying to return it kee restarting

There was some problem with the mouthpiece. Had to return the phone.

Phone was delivered with a broken screen, so not really sure.

Broke the second day i had it ! Broke too easy want refund

I purchased as new but they sent/shipped an open box.

I bought one of these unlocked phones a couple of years ago. At that time, they were universally unlocked and worked on both GSM and CDMA systems. These new ones no longer work on CDMA, which means no Verizon, no Sprint or any providers who use their systems. Bummer. The phone is quite fragile. Mine stopped working a few days ago, at least it no longer powers on, and gives me strange messages. I calledMotorola, who attempted to restore it, but to no avail. Their only suggestion is to send it in for repair at a high price, more than I paid for the phone. No thanks.

Motorola as always packs great specs at a low price. Pure android experience. 64 gb space means you can do everything without worrying about space. Camera is great screen is great. Everything I could ask for

This moto G7 plus was a replacement for my previous moto G6 (which will no longer be supported by AT&T). The new phone met my expectations. Camera is very good. I need to recharge the battery every day - however, the turbo charge is relatively fast.

I bought this phone elsewhere, but I am planning on buying another one here at Best Buy. I have seen that many of you are complaining you can't find a case for it! There is an awesome full-body case by poetic that fits it like a glove. My phone is used for work and sits on a car mount, and it has fallen off of it more times than I can count due to it not being locked into place properly. NEVER has it EVER gotten any damage to the phone. The case is the bomb. I promise, not only will it protect your phone, but you will love the look and fit.

I bought this phone thinking it was an upgrade after my G7 play broke. I was mistaken. As someone who uses my camera regularly in both work and leisure, I cannot stress enough how frustrating this phone is. The camera seems to be incapable of focusing on about half of the pictures I want to take. I have tried cleaning the lens, manually focusing, and using different apps, but nothing helps. Additionally, the phone does not properly fit into the Moto G7 cases that are supposed to fit it because the designers altered the shape of the rear lens for the plus. They should be embarrassed--especially considering that this problem is caused by an accommodation for a feature that doesn't even work properly. The phone does come with an impressively fast charger, but the battery life is noticeable shorter that that of my G7 play.

Item was in excellent condition as described. Glad Best Buy gives you this option I saved some $.

Should read "Unlocked (j/k not really at all. Sprint)" Per usual, dealing with Best Buy fine print games. Stated deal is ONLY for Sprint and for NEW line. "Sprint" should go in item title. "New Lines Only" should appear somewhere before checkout.
