Moto is a great phone. It is quite easy to use. Love the features using motions to use them ie; shake 2 times for flashlight, 2 times ro turn it off

No lags so far. I have used moto z3 play before and it was slower than this one for a higher price point. Overall, I am happy with the product.

Great purchase at a great price. Was on sale. Fast web navigation and good memory. Camera works goos both regular and reverse (selfie) mode.

This is a really nice phone for the price we pay. If you are looking for a non-Iphone-Samsung phone, this is it.

Build quality is reliable. What makes this phone so good is the battery life. Easily getting 2 days with regular use. Screen is a bit dim, lacking in camera, but at this price that's expected. Can't go wrong with the finger print sensor also. Good placement and its pretty fast.

Great buy. There were some newer models by some brands I never heard of, but thanks to a savvy clerk, I chose this one for my husbands needs. He's not a big phone guy. Function over frivolity.

I got this phone Open-box Excellent. As such, it was supposed to come with all original accessories/parts. One of the reasons I picked this phone was the 27W charger, however I ended up receiving an Apple 20W charger. I tried contacting Best Buy customer service twice via chat and went to a store, but everybody told me they couldn't provide any kind of compensation for that -- the only thing I could do is return the whole thing for a new open-box excellent (no, thanks). And there was no SIM tool in the box, which should also have come. It also feels like there is something loose inside this phone, but it is probably just a problem with this specific one. Lastly, as everybody else mentioned, it's impossible to find a case for this phone. So if you care about that, don't even consider buying this.

This is my second moto phone. I only got a new one for more memory. It does every thing you need it to do and does it well. Excellent value.

The price was extremely reasonable. Functionality much better than the cheap name brand phone I traded from. Also, better reception in my office than that previous phone.
