The Motorola Moto One Action is decent. The clarity of the screen and color saturation is not what I expected. I was looking for a little higher quality. The memory and other parts seems to be good quality.

I needed a new phone, and I travel for work a lot so I needed something durable and decent on battery. This fit the bill at a good price too. Big plus is the camera and a ton of storage space. Takes amazing pictures and videos. My only complaint really is the reduced IP rating from my x4, wish they made it to a ipx6 or so rating but it's a small gripe.

Good unlocked phone. I like the extra storage and feel of the touch screen. The only issue I have is that the charge does not last as long as my previous Motorola G7 Power. Overall I am satisfied with the phone.

It's a good phone. Works for our needs. Not top of the line, but that's the quality we were looking for. It's reliable and doesn't have any issues.

Best camera ever used It’s down fall is the shutter speed it can be better but other then that the phone is excellent and it come with a nice case and is very handy it in work situations

I had a 4 year old Samsung Galaxy that I needed to replace, but I couldn't bring myself to adding $25 to my phone bill each month by getting a new phone from AT&T, so I bought this one unlocked. Switched the SIM myself and it was ready to go. Familiar Android OS made the transition a breeze

This phone has been a pain since I got it. Verizon had trouble connecting it. The pictures it takes are just okay but you can't be in low lighting. I constantly have No Network out of nowhere when everyone else has full use of their phones. I will have to restart it sometimes several times to fix it. I never go anywhere without my charger because the battery drains quickly. Alot of apps don't work correctly that have worked on my other Motorola phones. I've had it less than a year and I'm ready for a new phone.

Phone has worked great. Super customizable and love the fact that there's so much storage now that *everything* has an app. No complaints other than there's not many options out there for covers but its great that it actually comes with one included. Takes very nice pics and video.

I purchased this phone to replace my Moto G5 that I have gave to my wife. I love the longer screen size that’s why I got this one. Only thing that I can say bad about it is the screen bleed near the front camera.

The staff was very friendly and eager to assist. My one major complaint would be the hour plus that I had to wait to be assisted. Again the staff was great. She reviewed the phone stats we me to make sure that it met my needs. There were issues with set up as my phone was stolen and I wanted to keep my same number. She worked through it. The phone was dead coming out of the box also not her fault. I understand with C-19 that things are dificut, however it's still tough to wait that long.

Great phone! I really have loved using this phone it is so much faster than my old one. I like the fact that the phone is not super wide so it fits comfortably in my hand and is easy to hold on too. The screen is bright and I love the camera. Would buy again.

I didn't have this phone long enough for a detailed review. I returned because I couldn't figure out whether it was capable of voLTE or wifi calling despite looking many places online including Motorola website. I had assumed since earlier models had this capability for years, this wouldn't be an issue anymore. I was wrong and still don't know if it has those capabilities. There is some opaqueness apparently mainly from the carriers in finding this info. Also best buy charged me a return fe of $45 even though I bought another (more expensive) phone during the return after I had the phone for exactly one week.

I love this phone because of its storage, after confirmed with my cell phone carrier, Xfinity mobile, I'm deeply disappointed it cannot work with Xfinity mobile.

For what it costs - its pretty darn amazing. Its packed with a great camera and 128gb and what else could you ask for? Also - the screen is far better than you would expect at this price point!

This phone has everything I need and has a great deal of storage (128GB). If I had one complaint, it comes pre-loaded with too many apps, IMHO. My network is Verizon and I had no difficulties replacing my old phone (Samsung Galaxy J7) on the Verizon network.

Extremely fast, user friendly, and can be hooked up to any phone carrier. You get the best of every world with this phone. I highly recommend.

This phone replaced my Motorola MOTO that I dropped and cracked the screen. This phone is an upgrade and I love it! Picked it up at the store popped in the chip and was back in business! The phone was inexpensive and fits my needs.

It's a good phone for the price. Can't be compare to an iphone or samsung galaxy note 20. But for the price one can't be asking or expecting much.

Wonderful product. I got this to use as a pocket tablet. It works beautifully. I have also used the camera mode. It takes really good pictures. Almost as good as the canon powershot I have. It has good sound to listen to music, too.

Great price for a decent phone. Not as fast as the 900-dollar variety, but the built-in action cam is a huge selling point, and it works well.
