    I had high hopes for this phone but it let me down bad. The screen creases are noticeable when scrolling, especially the middle one. The camera is what ultimately made me return the phone as it’s TERRIBLE the worst camera I’ve ever used. I would wait for the next version hopefully they fix these things.

    Good evening, I bought a motorola razr phone, open box, which they say is in excellent condition, when it arrived, I did not open to check, believing that it was in conditions, brought the with me to Portugal, when I got home when opening, I noticed that the display was broken, and with that the front screen does not work, I contacted the best via chat, they told me they can't do anything, so I'm out of the U.S., so money thrown away, I'm dissatisfied with this company

      Sorry to hear this, Diogo. Motorola's warranty is supported in the country in which the unit was originally sold or intended for use by Motorola. Since the device was purchased in the United States, you need to submit the device for repair in the US. Warranty only applies to where it was purchased. - Mike MotorolaMobility

    Geek Squad protection - DON'T BOTHER!

    Screen died with no damage phone. Can't get Best Buy to honor the Geek Squad protection plan. I've reached out to them 5 times. Don't bother with the protection plan, they aren't interested in honoring it.

    No signal/poor service on phone

    Has very bad reception, I have called Verizon several times and they say it is not fully activated. They fully activate it and it still does not let most calls and texts come through. They suggest I change phones saying it is not operating properly and instead of this model try another model. So sorry I bought this phone. But I do like Verizon. Of course this is the only company we have dealt with in 13 years. I had sprint before and like it very well, but my husband's employer used Verizon and we got a little discount to change my phone.
