    Not a new Phone for price paid for new phone.

    I bought a new Phone today from Milpitas CA BestBuy. When I went home And I opened the box I was disappointed as it looks like a restocked model. - The phone was folded in the box(New phone is open in the box) - There was no protective film on screen(which is present on new phone) - There are two bulges on screen on both halves. Tomorrow I am going to return the Item.

      Hi mohd,

      Motorola chose to ship the Razr in its folded position to further showcase the device’s compact form factor and highlight its unique Quick View display. We feel this, combined with the protection Razr has when closed, provides the best consumer experience. Apologies if it doesn't look quite right coming out of the box, but it is intended.

      The two bulges you mention are part of the support for Razr's unique flexible display. They will not interfere with its operation and should not be visible when the display is on and in use. Sorry if we couldn't retain you.

    Junk terrible tech suppport from Motorola looked used in box came folded not like in picture it wouldn’t stay working one hour on hold and then told mail it in to be repaired? Yeh sure took it back then charged $45 fee it’s just crazy hopefully bb credits me for the horrible experience

    Broke on first drop (Twice)

    Went through 2 phones that both had the inner screen broken on the first drop, phone was fully closed (Even in a case the second time!) yet both times it still was only the inner screen. Great concept and look but awful quality, not worth it.

You will find an interactive map that allows you to find a carry-in center convenient to you.     Phone is great conceptually but very poorly executed. The phone is very cheaply made and incredibly delicate. Phone also could not receive videos via text. Had to return.

    Worse phone, short lived

    The phone is great when you get it but I had it less than a year and the hinges and screen need replaced. As you open and close the phone overtime, the screen breaks at the folding point, causing the screen and hinges to go. Retailer at Cricket Wireless told me they have seen this with every heavy phone user. Would not recommend getting a folding smart phone at all. The phone also gets hot if used more than 10 mins and while charging. After searching 5 stores just for this phone, at this point I'm just extremely disappointed and ready for a new phone that doesn't fold!!!!

    Great phone that I use daily for work and personal use, it has a really wide screen that when you watch regular videos it has black bars on the side but you get use to it. Battery does kinda run out fast when using data and also does get kinda also hot when using it but I can live with that. Great camera options such as a preview on the smaller screen that shows the photo when taken. The smaller screen is really useful when reading emails or text and you can even watch YouTube on it.

    Excellent design for sure, excellent outer screen, but my unit had really poor WiFi reception and the just below the Motorola logo the phone would get very warm during normal usage such as WhatsApp conversations, texting, etc. Took the unit back.

    The fact that the review s are between 4 and 5 proves that this item has potential and that the improvements from last year have been noticed. But more work is needed. If it was me, what l would do...The battery has to get over 3300mah to beat out the Samsung fold. The second thing l would do is add a good ultra wide camera. If there is no space l would swap the selfie cam for it as they can selfie off rear cam. I would use the external display to show the selfie untrawide so you can see what you are snapping when not using as selfie. I would also add gcam functionality from start. To do these changes phone will have to be a little bigger wider. More options are a mute button and programmable button. Don't give up on this project. Also needs name razr 2 or 3. Not same name
