Really nice phone not problem with nice features battery last

I think that this phone is a lot of things. Nostalgia engine? absolutely. Innovative and intuitive user experience? sure. a phone ready to use as a daily driver ? maybe next time. awesome to play with, the screen shows visible bends in the middle as it’s made of a plastic material. maybe the next gen version will step up the creative process and become my next daily driver phone ! would recommend for anyone who wants a dope flip phone and isn’t already in a prior relationship with apple or another company that has specific features to offer.

This phone is awesome. It stays charged for a long time. It is very easy to use and I like the size.

Love this phone! So user friendly and folds so thin and small! Fits perfectly in the inside pocket of my white coat at work. Haram did a great job activating it for me and transferring my contacts. The store manager Laurie was also very helpful in making sure that my visit was as efficient as possible. Overall great customer service and great phone. Keep up the great work Best Buy! I'll be back to purchase more tech in the future.

I bought a razr 5g from my wireless carrier and was disappointed in the quality. There was a rather significant gap between edge of screen and edge of phone casing. I could see inside my phone. Like the screen wasn't straight or trim around it wasn't. The hinge was creaky too. I returned this phone. I tried again and bought the unlocked razr 5g from Best Buy. It was like night and day. Much better put together and it didn't have the issues of the previous one. I am happy with it so far. I love the front display, very useful.

It gets super hot when you use it while it's charging

I wasn't sure if this was going to work with Xfinity because I can't find any information anywhere. However, since this unlocked version works with Verizon (according to Best Buy activation), which is also surprisingly not in Motorola website - so I just crossed my fingers that it will work... and it did! One thing that I know for sure is that this only works on the LTE bandwidth of Verizon and Xfinity because this Razr version only supports 5G sub-6 and not mmWave. It doesn't really matter to me as I only have an Xfinity LTE subscription. So for Xfinity folks out there, this will work with Xfinity Mobile!

I personally love this phone. I had a razr back in the day so this nostalgia feeling is awesome! But if your not a fan of the original i wouldn't recommend getting this phone because by today's standards this phone is not up to par with other phones on the market. It's slower in every aspect and the camera while it does take nice pictures does not compare to current phone cameras. That being said, this phone is a lot of fun and I personally will buy every years new model

Good for everything I’m buy for collection for myself

I love the form factor and satisfaction of folding it after a phone call but after the nostalgia and novelty fades you're left with little to justify your expensive purchase. The poor battery life was a deal breaker for me along with the still-limited usability/functionality of the outer screen. I returned it.

Haven't activated the phone for use as of yet but have used it using wifi, installed many applications and so far I can tell that it's a solid phone both physically ( materials and craftsmanship) and how well the operating system (android 10) runs. Battery life appears to be good since I abuse the phone as a tablet. No cracking sounds when opening and closing the phone (something many supposedly complained about the first version) . Is it worth the price? I love folding and tucking it in a pocket yet having full access to read and respond to all messages/notifications using the front screen alone. I also use it for light gaming and have not had any issues. It handles what I throw at it. For me, it's worth it. If you are looking for a phone to shoot a video documentary, stick with Sony and Samsung. That said, you will still be pleasantly surprised with the image/video quality this phone produces. For a foldable phone this thing rocks!

It's an excellent phone. The hinge for the folding mechanism is alot sturdy than I thought it would be. I'm also always getting questions from people when they see my phone fold shut which is funny.

I broke my Motorola Razr that I purchased through my cellphone carrier. Unfortunately I did not have insurance and it is impossible to get anyone to fix this phone (believe me I tried). I am still under contract with my carrier with a useless phone. I was forced to buy a new Razr for $800 or get an open box unlocked Razr through best buy. I took a chance with the open box phone and I'm glad I did. I saved about $300 and the open box phone was in mint condition and works flawlessly. I recommend open box products from Best Buy as I have a full warranty on the phone that came with the phone just as if it was brand new. It was a win-win situation for me

I am loving this flip phone. Go for it! I got it on sale. I'd say it's overpriced at retail. Only negative is the screen is a little soft making it a bit harder to type on. The external screen is amazing. I don't need to open it up most of the time. All the probs they had have been rectified since it's debut. The hinge and glass are rated for over 200k flips. It even has the ringer "hello moto."

I liked the design and feel of the phone. However I returned after only 1 day due to the screen flickering and lines going through it at one point. The lines cleared up after a reboot but it continued to flicker so I decided it wasn't worth keeping if I had problems from day 1.

DO NOT BUY AN OPEN BOX CELL PHONE. It does not come in the original box or have instructions, Also, Best Buy does NOT guarantee that it is truly unlocked. The one we purchased was supposed to be unlocked but was tied to T-mobile. It would be easy to unlock from T-mobile if only we tried. It was back and forth between Verizon & Best Buy. Best Buy couldn't activate it because of T-Mobile. We called T-Mobile and got it removed from their service. Then Verizon said that it was not compatible with Verizon. It has been a nightmare and still is not activated.

It's a decent phone, and It may fold but it's still heavy and bulky. Adapter for headphones works fine. Can't use both a cover and holder because they don't fit together. I miss having an SD card. The features and apps are nothing special. Bottom line, I wasn't impressed and it's not for me.
