Not ready for prime time

Most if not all people believe it is a design issue, therefore the price has already dropped to $999. I paid $1299 for mine and ended up returning it. I did tell them it was defective, yet they still charge a restocking fee. Way to go BB!!

Avoid Open Box

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Received my Razr 5G "Open Box - Excellent Condition" (where literally the box said "No Damage" in its description) and it had a dent/scrape on the top right of phone from prior owner/handler. I initiated the return immediately after receiving it, but was still charged the $45 restocking fee and haven't had luck with customer service to get the fee refunded. Also, they shipped the phone in a bubble mailer and the phone wasn't secured in its own box. I will avoid Open Box items in the future.
