Extremely tough exterior. Have dropped a few times before buying case and there is not a scratch. Good, not great battery. Heavy usage drags slowly with processor. Camera seems pretty good. Water proofish is great feature. And helpful Moto suggestions makes using phone that much nicer. Overall nice phone, especially if purchased in $300 range.

This phone was my 1st foray into Motorola phones. I must say I was pretty pleased with it's performance. The phone was not as cosmetically sharp as the blue version of it however. That is why I switched it out for the blue one as it looks sharper than an iPhone in your hand. Being that they are unlocked, they work with all carriers that I have tried in them. Get great updates in firmware also, I always seem to have the latest versions of Google software.

It has a long battery life. Great camera features.

This is a very simplistic, yet reliable Motorola Android Phone. Sports a pretty close to stock Android experience with some added features that are actually useful. Good battery life. Doesn’t ever lag. Cons: screen can sometimes be difficult to see in the bright sun. It’s a bit heavy.

This phone is not too sophisticated which works well for me. Good battery, good pictures, good reception.

This is a great upgrade from my Moto X Pure 2015. The Moto Z is the flagship, but I'm not interested in connector-like add-on. The fingerprint sensor is one of the best parts for sign-in convenience.

Love the camera and attachment bought separately! I also have a Lenovo laptop so I really enjoy having the two linked. Have had few issues I think this comes from having a unlocked phone. Quite often it says my Sims invalid, but I've learned with a restart that goes away.

At this price there is no other better phones just a beast and a battery king. Love my Moto

I up graded from a Nokia Windows phone. So far in the week I have had it I have learned a lot of what this phone does and can do. I am not a very tech person so I was very much concerned I would not know how get to anything. The person I had at Best Buy was the Best she even she helped me find one I could afford and one that we felt I could use. I am still learning but I love my new phone.

I've had this phone for a little over a month. Super easy to use, the screen resolution and size are really good! The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because the internal storage in this phone is very limited. You will have to buy a memory card.

Bought this phone for my 12 year old, something not too expensive but a reliable phone. Camera is great, which is what my daughter was looking for. Lags a bit when switching apps, otherwise great overall

I bought it for my young daughter she loved it at moment she unlocked it, she has it for over 2 weeks and the screen protecters were bought from another company: overall we love the battery lenght and the screen its a most as well as the 32GB internal memory. I also bought the case in bestbuy the only thing they did bot carry was the screen protectors. Excellent buy!!!

It's exactly what I was looking for, a budget phone that has some upgrades. It doesn't look cheap at all, love the camera and the screen resolution.My only problem is it just displays a dot on the app with notifications without giving me a number as I was used to with my other Android phones.I don't know is it just me or it's common with this phone but it's not a big deal.

The phone is great and build quality is premium. I like the flexibility that it provides such as carriers friendly and various features. All this for $400.

This phone exceeded my expectations. The phone works is rapidly changing and I thought that because the phone was so cheap that it wouldn't be good quality well I was wrong! This phone has a great camera and a lot of cool features. The display is bright and the battery is great. If you are looking to save a few dollars but want a nice phone this is it.

Motorola has always been my favorite phones. They hadn't had any good choices the last several years, so I purchased Samsungs, for several years. I'm so happy to get a Motorola again. It's fast, easy to use, camera is fantastic you can't mess up a picture. This phone will multitask, internet, phone call and send a text all at the same time. And not miss a beat. Love it!

Good phone with lots of features at near same quality as flagship phones for a 4th of the price. Well worth it assuming they last at least 2-3 years. Note: There is an Android One version that comes with less Motorola Software but loses functionality - same hardware from what I can tell. Get the original X4 and Not the non-Android One version.
