    I normally LOVE Motorola, but I purchased a Z4 only to have it not working properly in 2 weeks. Best Buy replaced it. Now 2 months later new phone is doing the same thing, no one can hear me when I talk on the phone. It records video with voice without any issues. Not sure what is going on, but I think I am done with Moto Z4.

    This is the 2nd of 3 phones purchased in approximately 7 months at the Burlington location that broke. I bought this phone as recommended by BB staff to have the best camera. However, the "laser autofocus" is so sensitive that if there is any movement at all, the camera will just continue trying to focus. After so long, the camera will stop & you have to start all over. Pictures are not the quality 1 would expect with this supposed great camera. Other than the fast charging & fingerprint sensor, I wouldn't recommend. The Mods are overpriced & hard to find. I was scrolling on my phone & there was a small flash of light on the screen & the screen died. It was kept in a case with no visible damage.

    Best Buy is Great. Motorola is not standing behind their product. The camera on this phone will not focus enough to complete a mobile deposit. Cannot scan a document with my app all of the text is blurry. The Z2 was a great phone. The online community is complaining about the exact same issue. I even replaced the camera glass trying to get this thing to focus on simple text. A replacement from Motorola will cost me $24.95 and a $400 hold on my card while they process. I guess I can give this one to my kids for games.

    Small laggy not enough options for case Mods are not the best 360 cam is crap Add on cam is 12mp while the phone comes with a 48mp cam Instaprinter is crap quality Jbl speaker is ok Projector is fair for it being the size it is

    Crashes everything ... phone call drops or cuts off ... battery is the only pro .... camera sucks at pics all tho the MP for the camera is insane ... good camera for a slow phone

    Had the Moto Z4 for approx 3 weeks and it -went dark- bricked out. returned it to motorola after calling them. they sent me a reconditioned phone. Haven"t fired it up yet.

    Had to return wife dropped once getting out of her car about 1 and 1/2 foot drop and screen completely shattered. Phone worked great up until then.

    I researched this phone and was excited to purchase however on the first day it overheated and drained the battery. On the second day it overheated and drained the battery. Camera was poor, fingerprint scanner was poor and there were zero cases or screen protectors available. I returned phone and Best Buy was extremely helpful. I left with a different phone but I am a happy Best Buy customer!

    Less then 5 weeks old, the screen cracked. never been dropped and have a case and screen saver on it. No help at all from best buy or motorola. although, motorola would replace it for 250 dollars. after paying 400 for the phone, dont think so. will be last motorola device i ever buy and last phone i purchase at best buy!

    Best Value Cellphone I've ever owned

    It started by having a smooth transfer of data and apps between phones, easy to set up, first time connectivity between the devices, all smoothly went to my new Z4. Great screen, fast response as you would expect, and no issues with WiFi connections. The camera has been very good, with this review being done on only 4 days of use. I haven't tested the night vision functions yet so I can't rate that feature. I do like Android Pie, and purchasing this as an unlocked phone made a big difference. All the normal bloatware wasn't loaded, plus many apps I don't use from 'G' could be uninstalled easily. Activation on Big Red (Vzw) was straight forward, no issues at Best Buy doing it for me on the spot. I didn't have to transfer my SIM, they configured it and allowed me to install it later at my home (which I did 5 minutes after getting there). Keeping the SIM out until I did all the setup via WiFi also went well. SIM card installation was simple and quick. One item that is a personal preference item: the back is smooth and the device will feel slick. I highly recommend getting a thin case for it that helps avoid potential drops. Minor thing to me, just a preference. Again, great value, especially when you consider the addition of the 4K 360 Moto Mod camera! I just recommended it to a friend on a call, and I do recommend you look into it for your own use.
