    Moto Z3 play unlocked smartphone 32 GB, 4GB RAM has ok specs for the price but the Front and Rear cameras should be better.

    I bought the Moto z3 Play through Best Buy on sale for $99 with new line activation. Best Buy's return policy is within 14 days. On day 15 the screen won't wake up, but I can feel the vibration and hear the notifications, so it is just the screen, so no hard reboot is going to help me. On Motorola's website it states that the phone is within warranty, so I have two choices: I can pay $25 for a replacement and put a $200 hold on my credit card and if they decide that my phone had physical damage, they will charge me. OR: I can send the phone in to Motorola for free and they will assess the problem and if they think it was due to physical damage, they will charge me. Why am I getting charged if this phone is defective? Now I have a new line of service through Sprint (I mean T-Mobile because Sprint was bought out) and I have no phone to use it with. Not happy.

    It’s an ok phone, had many other android phones, compared to other phones in the same price range I wouldn’t chose this one.

    The phone is to working good so far I'm a little upset that two weeks after I bought the phone it has dropped in price by $200 so if I could maybe get a rebate or some kind of discount or store credit that would be awesome thank you very much

    The audio went out literally 1 year after I bought it. Can only use speaker to be able to speak with someone. Has no warranty after 90 days . Cheap phone you get what you pay for

    I was shopping for gifting internationally. picked up two of these as it was unlocked. Now i am in India and totally embarrassed as they are unable to use it - it is asking for unlock code. why do you market something as unlocked when it isnt... i skipped no-name marketplace sellers in amazon because i wasnt sure of their reliability. trusted bestbuy and it let me down.

This phone should work in countries where you may be traveling, though we cannot guarantee all features are supported. Please check with your mobile service provider to see if your SIM will operate.     Phone went out in about a month would not exchange at best buy, had problem sending back to motorola, not happy about way this was handeled. Finally sent off to motorola after about a month but at this had left my son without a phone for over a month so he went back and bought a new pixel phone. Not pleased with return policy.

    I bout this with next day delivery because i need cell phone immediately for my traveling But they missed next day delivery And I could not cancel this order They did not explain why the could not make delivery or cancel So I went travel with out cell phone

    I never thought phone would stop updating, the signal range sucks. The phone gets hot when playing music. Plus it don't have a headphone plug (aux) on phone. You have to use a adapter.
