It doesn’t have a lot of internal storage but you can fix that with a SD card. It has a lot of updates but it’s a great phone, especially for the price. I would definitely buy again.

$149 for an unlocked entry level phone, worked fine on any carrier. Updated to new 9.0 and waiting for 10. Bought the camera, projector and power pack mod and love them all.

I have used this as my primary phone for a week. Love it. A nice surprise is that this screen is very fingerprint resistant, so instead of cleaning my screen daily, it's minimal effort every 4 days or so if that. This phone once it upgraded (automatically) all the security patches, went from 8.0 to 9.0 Pie with an okay click from me. The 9.0 is an enormous improvement from 7.1 Nougat. I also screenshot a lot and enjoy the Moto shortcut of 3 fingers touching the screen to do this. All my apps load faster than before and the only thing I am missing is a Memo app which I can download easily. This phone has a 15 volt cord for Turbocharging, an accurate name for my charging today from 45% to 94% in 45 minutes (not in use but while on and receiving texts). I didn't expect to use the fingerprint unlock feature but that is how I open my phone over 90% of the time now. Facial recognition is offered as well though I haven't used that yet. Calls are clear as expected and now I can also send and receive pictures and group texts without turning on data as I had done before. And and all I had to do was take the GSM SIM card out of my old Samsung phone and insert it into this one. This phone has really exceeded my expectations. Great job Moto, and BestBuy.

do not hesitate to buy if you are an Android user and your budget is 200$, with the google camera app (using apk install) , you have everything you are looking for.

I've had nothing but motorola phones the last number of years. This one hasn't disappointed and I would consider it an upgrade from my Moto X 4. I miss the water proof feature but the better screen and slightly faster performance is worth the upgrade. Getting a slighlty older phone allows me to upgrade a about a year as apposed to feeling married to a phone I shelled out "hundreds" of dollars for. It's not the bleeding edge of tech but doesn't need to be.

This is an excellent phone, powerful enough to carry all the tasks you can do with a high end phone, other than the picture quality and processor speed which I didn't see a big difference is worth the money. I use this phone when travelling overseas so if it gets lost or stolen won't be a $$$$ to get a new replacement.

The first impression was awesome. The display, fingerprint scanner accessibility and the look and feel are impressive. It took me about several software updates to bring the phone to latest Android 9. So reserve some 4-5hours when you got phone for the first time. Inorder to add external SD Card to phone memory we need to bring Android to 9. and Also need a high speed SD card. Overall it is a good phone that justifies the price.

I love that the cell phone has the option to adapt moto mods, and the price is excellent, better than iPhone and Samsung. I had Samsung note before, but I do not think to buy one again because the option of moto mods is excellent and they let you be part of they're developing of mods. I recommend this type of cell phone and brand for those who use the phone more than just to make calls send texts and take photos, it is a device with many accessories and possibilities !!!!.

I really like this phone. I like the fact that I can use moto mods but the phone still works just fine without them. The camera is fine but you really need a case to protect it. You really need a micro SD as there are just 20GB of free space out of the box as that's without even updating the preload apps.

I've only had the phone for 3 weeks but I love it. It had OS 8.0 on it but it updated to OS 9 the same day. I love the fingerprint unlock option on the side by the volume button and the overall look and feel of the phone. I bought a clear case that has a raised area to protect the camera when a mod is not attached. Plus the new reduced price of 150.00 makes this phone a real bargain.

Nice size for texting and fits a man's fingers. good camera with great videos and nice feature to twist the phone in your hand to quickly turn the camera on. nice color pictures. Quickly turns on and off. Purchased before christmas and enjoyed all it features for taking pictures, would recomend for all users.

This Motorola phone was a perfect replacement for my 2 yr old Z-Play, without the pricey payments for 24 months ... and without much of the bloatware. It was my first time buying an unlocked phone, but the Bestbuy rep made it easy with the in-store set up. It is only 32 gb but allows for a micro SD card if needed. Overall, very happy with this phone.

Bought this for my dad since his old phone, Galaxy S4, died on him. It does what he needs and not much more. He uses it to check emails, browse social media and make phone calls. It's a good phone, for not a lot of $$. Great as a backup phone since it is unlocked. I would recommend Motorola phones over the other brands.

Very good for the price. It has a great camera and plenty of space to store photos and videos. Only thing I was not happy about is that it keeps locking my sim card. I have boost Mobile and will be changing my company as it does not seem to be compatible even tho boost said it is

For the price I paid, the phone is excellent. I have used this phone for about a week not and the phone is snappy. I have yet to try a moto mod but having that option is quite nice. I would recommend this phone. The only flaw is low light photography is almost impossible.

Buying this phone was value for money. I could use my point which helped me to spend less. Very good phone , still using it . People should buy this phone without hesitation. I use it for my zoom, teams meetings, YouTube and other browsing, speed is grt.
