This modem router is great!!!! It extended the range of my wifi devices and increased my internet speed. It is also easy to reset with the power button in the back top of the unit. Easy hook up with easy activation with my internet provider. The lights in the front are also kinda cool.

Initially I bought a Nighthawk router from Netgear, which has fancy apps but just stopped working after one month. Then I bought this motorola. It's simple to use and does not have all those fancy but useless app features. It's running robustly till now and working seamlessly with Xfinity.

I became tired of paying Comcast to rent the Arris cable voice modem, plus I was having a lot of WiFi issues. Having to restart it nearly every day got old. So I took the plunge and bought this. Great so far! Easy to set up with the Comcast app. I had trouble with one smart device on an Ethernet connection of all things, but it resolved itself. The 5gb network is so not great, I probably need a booster, but the 2.4 is solid in all corners of the house, and out to the detached garage, where I have some smart devices. I wish it was WiFi 6, but I didn’t want to spend $600 to buy the Netgear modem and a separate router, nevermind getting 2 devices to work quickly. I should have done this years ago.

This has been the best modem/router I have purchased in a long time. Xfinity is always trying to push their products on me but this one is approved by amd Specifically works on Xfinity internet. Haven't had a problem since.

We didn't want to pay monthly fees for internet router rental so we bought this router to replace our 6 year old one what a difference its way faster and reliable than my old one we connect 10 devices and stream tv at the same time it's great

Bought this modem router combo because I was tired of paying a modem rental fee from the cable company. This modem works great, and it's way faster than my previous one. The set up was super easy and took no time. Definitely worth the price.

love motorola and this product shows you why it it the best I've had it for a few years and it still works great. it replaced my xfinity modem and is saving about $14.00 a month.

As advertised on the box was tailored to Xfinity operating system and I had no issues connecting to the internet after turning in my rental modem. Works as expected and will save money, so pay for itself over ten month period.

Great Modem/Router. No lagging and easy to set up.

This is actually my second Modem. Owned the first one for about a year and experienced many network issues and blamed it on my network provider. Finally dawned on me that it must be the modem. This is where it earns its five stars. I called Motorola and after a couple of troubleshooting steps, they figured out that I must have a bad box. A new one was dispatched to me the next day despite the fact I had owned the previous one for over a year. I have received it and it is works like a champ. The speed tests closely replicate the speeds advertised with my plan. Buy it if on the market for a good modem. Motorola stands by its product!

We bought this router after having the rented Comcast router brake again. It was a fast plug and play setup. Much easier and faster than Comcast high speed dual band router. After a year it is still working great.

We were tired of paying the $14.99/month rental fee to use Comcast's outdated modem as well as having to use a router to expand the range of our Wi-Fi, so we looked into buying our own modem. After reading other reviews on several products and talking to a representative in our local Best Buy store, I decided to try the Motorola AC1900. I have only one regret.........that I didn't make this change sooner! The installation was simple and after plugging in our desktop computer to the modem, I accessed the internet and followed the onscreen instructions on the Motorola website. I was able to register the new modem with Comcast without ever having to place a call and talk to anyone! From unboxing through complete installation and registration, took less than 30 minutes! We also hooked our phones to the modem as my wife still wants a landline for now. This was also a simple install. I would strongly recommend that you follow the suggestion in the directions and keep the same internet password that you had before. You will have to type it into the registration page one time, but it allows all of your previously connected devices to reconnect to your new Wi-Fi network seamlessly! The change that we noticed in download speed was amazing and we were also able to disconnect our old router as the Motorola AC1900 is a dual modem/router and now casts a strong signal throughout our 3,500 square.ft. two story home and our basement! I don't normally write reviews, however everything about this product made it easy to write about. Save yourselves money in the long run by returning the rental modem to your internet company and buy this modem! Read and follow the instructions carefully and you'll find the same quick and simple installation and registration that we did! Then enjoy blazing fast internet and a range that should reach throughout your home and even into your yard!

Modem- Router works fine, but had a difficult time setting up with Xfinity took 3 days and multiple techs to solve the problem. Works great now and I am very happy.

Really fast download speeds, easy to set up, easy to maintain, works great with gaming and looks great on the shelf.

Everything as it should be, works great. Range is acceptable and unit is very quick when you restart it. Installation was effortless, about 15 minutes using Comcast app.

This Motorola Router is simply the best & ever so easy to install. While installing, call your internet provider & activated in minutes. Excellent quality!
