It was a great phone for the value until I dropped it for the 9th time and shattered the screen. It cost me $120 to repair the screen at a mall kiosk and it looks.lkke they had to replace part of the casing with it. The only thing this phone really needed was wireless charging

This is my first new phone in a long time and it is my first new smart phone. I read the reviews and recommendations for upgrading a phone so I did the backups from my old, hand me down, smart phone. The tech at Best Buy got the phone up and running before we left the store and I was able to import my contact data from Verizon backup site. It all went smooth. Learning to use the phone was pretty easy. I did watch a number of youtube videos on the features and how to to setup various things. The phone works great, the camera works great for the type of photos I take. Very fast operating performance. Based on the some of the pro reviews I wasn't expecting a lot from the camera but I think it is great. Battery capacity hasn't gone below 80% since I got the phone but I am a lite use user. I love the large, clear display. It is very easy to see emails and websites. I am very happy with my purchase.

Such an excellent phone. The battery lasts all day with heavy use. Super-large, crystal clear display. Large amount of internal storage.

I have to say we had the best experience we've ever had. My husbands old phone died and we needed a replacement immediately. I was first greeted by Cassidy who I explained our situation to. He completely understood , asked the questions needed for him to provide us the help we needed. In doing so, it was determined our old phone we failed to bring with us would be good to have for the best results. As I went to retrieve the phone, my husband stayed behind to pick out which phone would work best for him. Upon my return, He had chosen the best phone for him with Cassidy's help and Miguel was now paired up with Cassidy ready to transfer the information from the old broken phone to the new one. This was not an easy task as I explained earlier, it completely crashed. Miguel was able to retrieve the contacts, extremely important, and load them on the new phone. The card inside that makes everything work was another story. It was determined after a lot of Miguel's time spent and phone calls to our provider to activate the new phone, that Miguel also so graciously took care of, that the card was too old and would not operate the new phone. Unfortunately they did not have a card that would work for our provider. Believe me when I say Miguel tried everything, I mean everything! He spent so much time and effort going above and beyond for us, it was truly amazing. Meanwhile, Cassidy searched for and located a store and confirmed they had a card that would operate the new phone. He even got the cost of it. We were able to then get to that store before closing, who when we arrived, knew we were coming and had it ready. We got the card to complete the set up. Now when I say that these guys spent a lot of time with us,,,it was a couple of hours in all. We were there until closing. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was in order and that we would have a working phone that night. And they did this being so kind and patient. We felt so bad that they were having to spend so much time on us, but they kept assuring us it was no problem. I can not express how grateful we are that they took the time and effort they did to help us. We are not of today's generation and the cell phone knowledge does not come that easy to us. To them it was as easy as putting on a pair of socks. Such a wonderful ending to the bad and frustrating day we were having. Thank you sooooo much!!

I don't get a new phone until the old one gives me trouble. I had a Moto G4 Plus for about 4 years and was looking for a 128/6GB unlocked phone and the price at the time made it a good fit for me. Using it about 2 weeks now and working great. Easy to see in daylight. Large screen and the battery lasts a couple days at least and will charge up fast. Plenty of room hopefully for a few years of service. Fingerprint reader with all the dry winter weather and cracked skin will not always recognize me, but the options for facial or pin to open the phone are there to use. It will do all I want in a phone.

I really like this phone. It is fast enough to nt bog down on websites. The speaker is good. The camera is great. Basically I can't see any reason I'd ever want to spend more money for a phone.

Awesome phone for the price, camera is super cool and sharp. This phone you got to try it before buying others. It can compete with the galaxy 20s n other more expensive phones. I would recommend to anyone who don't want to spend allot money for a phone.

I wanted lots of memory (RAM, storage, expandability), long battery life, a headphone jack. I also have an expectation to be able to get these at a reasonable price. The Moto One 5G Ace met all of these expectations. The cameras are not a concern for me. Call quality is very good. Aside from communication services, I primarily use my device for multimedia and connectivity for that purpose. Audio is primary, with video-casting secondary. I rarely watch video on the device, but picture quality is fine. I use USB-On-the-Go for additional (media) storage, so having a USB-C port (primarily used for charging) is also key. I would have preferred a smaller package, even with slightly reduced battery capacity. I have never been a fan of the ever-growing size of "cell phones", this is at the maximum size for my pockets. I am quite satisfied with my purchase.

The Motorola phones are outstanding. I have had 3 and my entire family has them. For the price they do most everything an I phone does. The camera in the new Moto 5GAce is amazing, you do not need to spend $$$$$$ on other phones.

This phone works great! I don't need all the bells and whistles that come with a 1000.00 to 1500.00 phone. This phone is fast and reliable. The battery has plenty of power for all day use. When not being used constantly this battery last me 3 days.

So far so good. I like the look and feel of this phone. The screen size seems perfect - at least for my needs. The clarity of the screen is very good and the speed with which apps load is quite fast.

Bought this phone for my wife and will eventually give it to my grandfather. It's amazing phone especially with battery life. She kept forgetting to charge it and the battery had 15% left at nearly 3 days and this was with lots of use. Screen is nice, camera could use a little improvement, but frankly what do people expect at this price point? For the price we paid and the quality we got I am frankly impressed. At msrp maybe a few questions but definitely not what we paid.

Perfect size for me and has all the features I'm used to with Motorola. I love the camera way more than I expected. Highly recommend over many phones that are double the price. I've had most brands and I am very, very happy with this phone.

I love the Motorola One 5G Ace. It is smooth and fast. I will do more than I know how to do. I am learning. I love the 5G. Transition from old phone to this one was fast and easy.

Great Phone, Great price, my wife give me for Christmas, She have Galaxy A52 5G. nothing to envy of the Galaxy's Phones . To me this one is better !!!!! Great battery life . Great Phone Moto for this price !!

How do you judge a product these days? Hardware vs software. I'm assuming it is android that is throwing pop up suggestions at me all the time. A royal pain. Camera takes good pictures but the lag between clicking and picture taking is about 1 second... too long for any shot of a moving target. Clarity of calls is decent, nothing great, but I haven't had a phone lately that does sound great. So far, charges quickly and battery lasts long enough for me, but I'm not a power user/

Really a mixed bag with this phone. First off, as of May 2021, this phone is only compatible with lowband 5G on T-Mobile's (and their spinoffs) network, like Metro. If using with Verizon or AT&T, you'll only get 4G for the time being. Secondly, using on T-Mobile, this phone does not come with 4G LTE native compatibility, meaning if you are in a weak 5G coverage area, your phone will more than likely lose service rather than utilize 4G signal as a backup. I've had this happen many times, especially within buildings. On the hardware side, the phone is pretty nice. A great looking silver matte back is a welcome change from the industry norm of black. The rear fingerprint sensor is very responsive and the screen quality is crisp for being an LCD display and not an LED. It runs pretty close to stock android without much bloatware, but it is also on Android 10 and not 11 out of the box. Not a bad phone if you know what you are getting. But just be informed of all of the "fine print" that this phone comes with.

Got this phone to replace my old Moto G5 plus. It is a bit larger but has a nice feel when in use. Nice display, long lasting battery, plenty of internal memory, can handle 1TB micro sd card (wow!), so easy to move all my stuff from the old phone to the new one. And it is 5G with a very acceptable price. I have had many Motorola phones, from the large bag phone, to the StarTac, the original Razr, the 5G plus...now the One. If you are in the market for a new phone, check out Motorola. Unlocked and just a beautiful product. Thanks Moto!
