I've had my Motorola razor phone for less than 8 months, it was never dropped and it never got wet, but I have already had to replace it twice due to the same exact issue; black dots in corners and horizontal lines across the phone. There are multiple issues that start after that process which include not being able to unlock your phone, along with other serious issues. I read thousands of reviews before buying this phone and am finding myself very disappointed.

Still learning the phone, but I hope I made a good choice. Struggling with the car hooking up to it. Reasonable and much better than the local phone stores.

Your phone is all good I love it the grining faces mean I'm happy Motorola out did themselves thistime they made me take my Emojis off but I'm good I'm happy with it

It's a pretty good phone, but you have to be very careful with it, and don't get it if you want a traditional audio jack or one with a SD card expansion slot. The battery life is also pretty mid tier but it get things done.

Worked great until a black line just appeared down the middle of the screen. Wasn't dropped or hit, just opened it to a black line. I had it for 14 months.

It was good in the beginning now less than a year already glitching lying down the middle unable to tap apps can't dial in dial out can't hang up a call

This phone is bad doesn't get good service. I paid 400.00 and cant even return do not buy if u want good service.

If your looking to try a folding phone this is the in the get ive used a dew and this one is hands down best value for your money. Batery life is good performance is good and cameras are good. Honestly its not the most powerful phone but the specs are solid and it is just smooth and a joy to use. Reason for 4 stars is the lack of bigger storage options but most people will be more than fine with 128gb

I don't care about having the best and newest phone and I always get the cheapest one I can find. That being said I actually like this one a lot (Motorola Razr 2023). The battery life is good it lasts a day and a half or more and a haven't changed any of the battery settings. The display is very easy to look at, the phone is easy to use and it is affordable. Being a flip phone makes it easy to put in my pocket even with case and clip on it. I've only taken a couple of pictures for work and they came out pretty good but I don't really have much input for the camera at the moment.

I like that it's so compact and thin which is the reason I bought it. I like the hard exterior when closed, it's been durable. The hardware/software is not the best, but it matches the price line <$400. The last few weeks the calls go in/out and it hasn't been a full year yet.. It's slower at getting messages or notifications. To compare it, I have old galaxy phone on wifi and it instantly gets notifications as for this one though a while passes before they come through in this phone. The camera is average, but again very slow when taking pictures even after adjusting the settings. The picture quality is average for this mid range phone nothing special. The galaxy folding phone was too expensive so I got this as an alternative. It suits my needs, I just use it to call and listening to music. It sometimes gets really warm. The screen has been great though no cracking. I used it for esims for international trips and had no issues.

Prev phone was small and this one seemed like the best option for a "small" replacement. Going from Android 10 to 13 has been a challenge but now that I am figuring it out, I honestly do love this phone. I love the size when it's closed, and I love all the things I can do with the front screen; Display has a clock and other info, and I can swipe for media control, the weather, a timer, calendar to do list, access notifications and functions, and with gestures I can turn on and off the flashlight or the camera. It is a small screen, yes. but it's perfect for my needs. (and you can answer the phone too, but that's to be expected.) Open, it's so much real estate compared to my previous phone it took me a while to get used to, but it's nice to have the room. I was really reassured by how sturdy the phone and hinge feel, and even with small hands I can close it one handed (opening it is more of a struggle). Sound quality is good, picture is clear, connected to Mint and my wifi with no issues and stays connected. What few games I've played have been fast loading and responsive. Honestly my biggest struggle is getting used to Android 13.

I absolutely love this phone. It has very extensive customization (both with security features and display features), it's durable, compact and stylish. The camera is very good, especially for the lower price. The only downside is the battery life being a slight disappointment, but it is still decent and it gets super hot rather quickly here in FL. Otherwise, I absolutely love it and plan to have it for quite a while.

I absolutely love this Razor phone. The compact size, yet big screen is great! I wear it on a lanyard, so the way it folds in half protects it so much more. I admit I have dropped it several times, but the screen is so much better then glass ones. The clarity and all the little extra functions are great. I went from a Motorola Stylus 2023 to this. The razor has a larger screen, takes great pics, is lighter, and the screen is so much more protected. I was a fan of the original Razor and love this one even more!

Great little phone. My wife loves it. We were very worried about its durability. However, my wife did drown it in a pool and it came back but the volume down button has not worked properly since then. But the rest of the phone has been great. I bought it on sale. Highly recommend getting it when it's on sale. Well worth the money has lots of fun features and she uses the heck out of the shakeable flashlight feature

Honestly I really love the phone. It was a really economic price considering other options on the market. The nostalgic feel of the phone was a really big selling point for me considering I owned the older one back in the 2000's. I've also dropped the phone a few times since my purchase and I must say it is way more durable than I expected. The battery life last me all day. And the screen display is really high quality considering it folds!
