Slow is sometimes caused by too many running apps in the background, use your recent apps button to close apps you're not using. It is also a good practice to restart the device periodically (every 2-3 days) to clear out buffers and memory that may lead to intermittent issues.     After 2 months of use, it would power itself off everytime I closed the clamshell.

    Great Little Flip Phone

    I'm not much into using my cell phone other than for phone calls, texting and video calls. I preferred the old flip phones but found texting (which everyone else seemed to prefer) a bit much and resorted to a bigger phone with a keyboard. I really didn't like lugging it around. This flip phone caught my eye and although it's more than I would usually pay for a phone it is exactly what I was looking for. I read quite a few reviews on it and those reviewers were finding this phone lacking because of it's picture quality, storage and gaming capabilities along with an outdated processor. Since all these were an upgrade over my old phone and I don't use it as a camera or for gaming, I went ahead and purchased it. I'm glad I did. It's a sleek looking non-slippery phone and the crease in the screen is barely visible. It comes with a screen cover attached with a warning not to place another over it or it will void the warranty. Very compact when folded. When unfolded I have a full crisp screen and keyboard. There is an option to have the phone answer calls by unfolding and end them by folding or continue the call while folded. I took a picture just to see the quality other reviewers were talking about but found it to be much better than one taken on my old phone. My old phone wasn't water or dust resistant as this phone is not so that wasn't a deterrent. Many customizable features for the full screen but customizing the external screen is limited.The external screen is perfect for me as it shows the date, time and notifications. I added a timer just because I could. The display will go out after a few seconds and a touch or notification will bring it back. The battery life for such a small flip phone is excellent. I can go a few days without charging. At the cost paid, Motorola should have thrown in a wall charger instead of skimping on it. I can put this phone in my pocket and it won't place calls or open apps unintentionally. It is easy to open and use. I may be the wrong person to be writing this review as I don't use it to its fullest capabilities. I do feel it is worth the cost to have a flip phone for easy carry with screen protection and having the advantage of a large screen w/keyboard when needed. More than satisfied with the Motorola Razr 2023.

    Exactly what I wanted - flip phone style like the old days, small and fits into even women's pants pockets, great battery life, has plenty of notification features for the small front interface, feels durable, and it was half the price of other mainstream phones! I love it!

    I own a purple Razor flip phone that my husband purchased for me when they first came out. I fell in love at first sight. It will always be close to my heart. My soulmate passed on October 2, 2017. We were married for 50 wonderful years. It is a special gift from my beloved husband. All the years using my purple razor, I never had a problem with performance.

    Overall just ok. Phone had to phone apps installed which made it quite confusing. Had to uninstall one. Also there is no caller ID on the small screen. Also you either have to open the phone to answer it, not knowing who calling or you have to open it then go to the phone app to see who is calling.

    Good phone (with some screen issues)

    I love the phone but even with being careful (except for a few less than 1ft drops) the screen started to act up and make random inputs. i love the phone its in my top 5 list of best phones. but sometimes the screen will act up but i figured out a temporary fix till it is repaired.

    I purchased the pink Motorola Razr foldable phone from Best Buy, and within a year, the screen developed a large black line along the crease where the phone folds, rendering it completely unusable. Unfortunately, when I returned to the store for assistance, the customer service team simply said, “Sorry, there’s nothing we can do.” I even asked if they could provide a discount on a replacement phone as a goodwill gesture for selling me a defective product, but they refused, stating the listed price was final. I purchased the pink Motorola Razr foldable phone from Best Buy, and within a year, the screen developed a large black line along the crease where the phone folds, rendering it completely unusable.     Guys the Samsung Smart Flip Phone nearly costs twice as much. If you can name me one real feature the Samsung Zflip5 has that the Motorola doesn't have I will believe you. I had both technologies my latest Samsung being the Zflip4. Motorola has proprietary features too and virtually does everything the Samsung does at half the cost. The better buy is the motorola. I will continue to support Motorola in foldable smartphone technology. I can't wait to open of unfold my product and there is no crease or indention at all. Thanks
