This was the perfect step up plus the flipping reminds her of the old school phones, and surprisingly it hasn't broken with how often she slaps it closed dramatically

So instead of upgrading to a new Samsung I purchased this razr, my husband also purchased the same phone( in green though, not purple...lol). I have had nothing but problems since I bought it. A few months after I bought it a white line appeared from the top left side of the screen all the way down to the bottom. I tried calling for repair but it was going to be over $300 to fix I was told. So I dealt with the line. A few months later it started taking a very long time to charge.my husband and I could be at the same percentage, battery wise and both charge and his would fully charge hours before mine. Also it starting getting hot. So hot that sometimes I couldn't even hold it. I cannot afford to get a new phone so I am stuck with this tilni can but I would not recommend this phone to anyone. . As for my husband's phone. He never had an issue with it until about 8 months into owning the phone. One day he opened his phone and a little black line appeared where the fold in the screen is. He didn't say much about it. He's a man so as long as he could still use it then he was fine. The next day he went to use it and the whole entire screen was black when he opened it and the touch screen didn't work. After that he couldn't use his phone at all. He also wouldn't recommend this phone.

Beyond The First Preview (Open Box)

Some pictures taken with the camera while at work came out blurry and I couldn't decipher certain things as some numbers within the photos. Overall, the size is super from compact to full and back to compact size. Video quality is really good to watch films/videos...have already watched a couple on it. Overall, a decent enough phone even though some photos dealing with numbers being displayed are not all that clear at times.

I switched to this from a galaxy flip and enjoy this much more. It's way slimmer and lighter. Great value for what you get. I got the pink one and it's super cute. The leather is a nice touch!

Not only did I get the Best Buy for this phone which was a gift but I was also gifted a $50 gift card from Best Buy along with The best price anywhere and also $50 accessory of my choice on top of all this I Also received my Best Buy rewards for the purchase. You can't get any better than this. I highly recommended Best Buy. This is a Beautiful phone, great price. Best price anywhere after all I got it at Best Buy. By the way, I did not get paid anything for this review and it is an authentic review the. Reason why I put this review in is because I'm a big fan of Best Buy. I have been for quite a number of decades and I will continue to be so because they truly do have the Best Buys
