Initially it worked and was slow to operate but it worked ok. Then our wifi router strength wasn't strong enough for the screen. So we got a new wifi router and the screen quality was there but the camera kept wanting to connect to the old router, which we didn't use anymore. Then we took a trip to visit family and used the system on their home internet. It worked ok there with no issues. When we got back home from vacation, we attempted to connect to our home internet again and it was just a disaster. I could never get the system to work again. I tried resetting the both the screen and camera to factory settings as per the owners manual about a dozen times and never got the system to connect ever again. The camera wants to connect to a wifi connection in another state where our family lives and the screen doesn't want to stay connected to an Apple Airport Extreme, which all of our devices have no issues staying connected to. I probably wouldn't recommend another Motorola nursery product to anyone. We had a projector that linked to the baby monitor too, it quit working after about 3 months. The door sensors never functioned as advertised. The humidifier never stayed connected to the wifi system either. It's a great idea but ultimately not all its cracked up to be.

Connection is easy, the screen is great but the sound is very low and some times you can hardly hear it

Considering the price and the Motorola brand name, I was shocked by how this product performed. I have Gigabit Internet and it didn't matter. The software is buggy and crashes when you switch from one feature to another. The smartphone app doesn't improve things. The video quality is lousy. There is an unacceptable amount of lag between pressing a button to move the camera and the movement actually occurring. The sound quality that's part of the two way talk is horrendous. What I can't figure out is why Best Buy even allows this product to be sold in their stores. When I returned the item, even the sales person asked why I bought it in the first place.

Have had it for less than a year now and never worked like I hoped it would. The monitor is currently not functioning and when it was the volume is of very poor quality at it highest setting. Very disappointed. Definitely not worth the cost. Cheaper products available that work much better.

It is a great product as far as motion detection, checks temperature in the room and humidity but i can barely hear from the monitor when baby wakes up it has almost no sound. It works much better if i have it ON on my phone.

The baby monitor broke after three months of use had to return to Best Buy for a refund and buy a defender monitor

Mostly great, but the HORRIBLE battery life makes it average at best.

Really not worth the price... slow connection wit camera, viewing delay and speech

Camera is excellent quality night vision and over all good product. App enables my husband to use Hubble to see baby while he is away at work. Sound output of monitor not very good.

set up did not work for a whole day.....then once I got the tablet set up with the camera it disconnected all the time....and none of the features worked very well....really wanted it to work for us...but operation quality was just not up to par

Decent view/quality and sound with quick setup. Portable allowing easy chores and the like while baby is asleep.

I just bought this product as a gift. There seem to be mixed reviews but thought I'd give it a try. I will further feedback once the monitor is used.

I only returned the product because my sister bought one as well.

Cons: No zoom (the camera doesn't zoom, but you can zoom in on an image, (doesn't improve resolution)) The Camera takes forever to move, you have to pulse the movement button, sometimes it goes to far but you have to wait till it stops to move it back.. Lots of lag. No 5ghz support Terrible speaker quality on both the camera and the tablet The settings have a hard time saving, you have to keep going back and setting things up The tablet has no option to delete Timeline events Unable to play videos from the timeline, just gives error messages Services on the tablet keep crashing (tablet runs Android) It has a temperature gauge but it says my room is 90F degrees???
