Best Feature is Motorola Talkabout App

The best feature of the T800 radio is the Motorola Talkabout app, and how the radio is used for off-grid texting/messaging communication through the app. The radio connects to the app via Bluetooth. All app users with a radio can communicate USING THEIR PHONES within a 20 mile range when there is no cellular service. The radio acts as a "modem" and allows phone users to text, send position info, etc. using their phones. You can send messages from your phone to everyone in your group (that has the app installed on their phone and a T800 radio) instantly, even with no cell service.
So, if you're wondering why this 2-pack of radios is a little more expensive than some two-way radios, now you know.
I mention this simply because as of 1/6/19 the Best Buy description makes no mention of this really cool feature.

Want to Return - Best Buy wont respond! Help!!

They look fine - the recipient did not want to open them because they felt they would not be useful to them. I have contacted Best Buy so they would send to me a mailing label (printer broke) to me so I can return them - they are approx. $100-. Best Buy wont even get back to me. The review is all they want. I NEED a Mailing label sent to me. Thank you,

They don’t work farther than a mile and they are fuzzy around 3/4 mile. Now they are sitting in my trunk because I threw away the package so I can’t return them.
