This product keeps failing . Keeps saying camera isnt on. My sons room is just right next door to me & keeps showing the same thing. No service or cameras not on. Constantly glitches.I hate that i spent so much thinking it was the best for me but apparently i was wrong. Im super unsatisfied!

If the signal is weak, try moving the units to different rooms' positions. Also, please try a hard reset on the camera. Picture is clear but the sound is a little muffled. The best part is that the adapter is in the back so it doesn’t randomly fall out like some other monitors.

dual cam's is great. I do wish the image wasnt so pixled. Will go to night vision on its own and not swap back over to color at times.

Sorry to say, I had to return it. I needed something with a bit more range. At about 110 feet, it lost contact between the camera, and the monitor. If it had not lost contact, it was the perfect one for us. Very nice monitor, and cameras.

Purchased the camera, set it up, and the picture is horrible. Its grainy and blurry. Doesn't seem like vendors promote or give what its being viewed at, for example HD or 4k. If I would have known this upfront I would have passed on this purchase. Good chance I will return this.

The typical range indoors is 165ft, but it can go up to 1000ft when there's a clear line of sight between the units. We recommend checking if there is an object between your units that could be interfering in the signal and to try different positions in the room.

Bought the cameras to monitor our grandsons bedroom so they would not jump off bunk beds. Wanted a wireless system. Just know the ac power requires wires to plug in. Not what we wanted.

If you have a flashlight or have a flashlight on your cell phone, there is a way to reset the camera's night vision. Take the camera into a dark room, preferably a bathroom or closet. Close the door to the room, plug the camera in, and turn the lights off. Shine the flashlight directly into the camera lens for 30 to 45 seconds. After this time has passed, remove the light from the eye of the camera. Allow the camera a few seconds to readjust and then check the video on the monitor. The night vision issue should be resolved.
