I’ve had 2 and both have connectivity issues and the battery does very fast. I now just keep it plugged into the wall at all times otherwise when the camera battery dies the monitor beeps very loud and wakes baby up every time . The picture quality can use some improvement. Also when I play the sounds provided in the monitor it almost frowns out the baby because Rita too loud so I still had to buy a separate sound machine. I only use this when I go down stairs so I can deal with it but I would invest in something better if you need it more often.

Stopped charging 10 months in

It was right around Covid shut down and we were unable to take it in. Frustrating because we barely used it (no heavy every day/night usage) and mostly used it when visiting in-laws or traveling. Unfortunately I regret this purchase as it was a waste of money.

We could hear and view well, it portability came in handy and it’s easy to charge the built in battery. Night vision also very clear. I would definitely recommend this product.

I also suggest getting the Geek Squad Protection on the item especially since it is a replacement Plan in case kiddos get to it.

We have the older model of this camera and the picture is 10 times better than the newer version. Also the charge does not hold up that long no matter the charging time. Plus the speaker on the back does not work that well, as sometimes I had to repeat myself into the speaker just so my daughter could hear what I said. This product is not worth the price.

I can watch my son in his room when I’m downstairs entertaining guests. It uses WiFi and the best part is that you can adjust the volume to hear if your child is crying, breathing, etc. I gave four stars because at times the vid feed disconnects from the WiFi.

Normally, a new battery should last 1-2 hours in video mode and 3-4 hours in audio mode.

Great camera for monitoring

It works great, although the camera is supposed to show in color and does not show colors as they should be. Lighting is important to get good effects.

I unfortunately found at time of need the battery pack was appeared to be used and damaged but placed back in unit so I never noticed til too late. I never purchased extended warranty so was useless to me. Too late to return . Not sure how to rate to be honest
