We suggest you try resetting your units. I give you the steps below:
1. To reset the monitor:
• Using a small screwdriver, remove the battery compartment from the back of the monitor.
• Remove and unplug the battery for 30 seconds.
• Plug the battery back in and close up the battery compartment.
• Turn your monitor back on. Reset has been completed. At this point you can pair your camera back to the unit.
2. To reset the camera.
You can do this by turning off the camera, pressing and holding the pair button, turn on the camera until you hear a beep. After this, you can attempt to repair the camera to the parent unit.
3. To add (pair) a camera:
1. Press the MENU button and the menu bar will pop up.
2. Press the < LEFT button or > RIGHT button until the camera is highlighted, and the DEL/X ADD/+ VIEW or SCAN menu will pop up.
3. Press the + UP button or - DOWN button to select add, and press the OK button to confirm.
4. Camera 1, 2, 3 or 4 will pop up, press the + UP button or - DOWN button to select the desired Camera, and press the OK button to start searching for a camera unit. The green audio level LED will flash rapidly while searching.
5. Press and hold the PAIR button underneath the Baby Unit until the Parent Unit finds the camera, beeps and the picture from the camera appears.

It does not hold a charge, it does not work unless you are within 10 feet of the camera (meaning it does not work in my bedroom – its intended purpose); it is frozen half the time with the “Motorola” screen displayed; and overall is a terrible product. DO NOT BUY!

I'm sorry to hear about the issues experienced with your device. Normally, a new battery should last 1-2 hours in video mode and 3-4 hours in audio mode. As for the linking issues, please keep in mind that in order to use your parent and baby unit together, there must a radio link between them, and the range of that link may be affected by environmental conditions. The picture should be clear. There are some steps we can take to try and resolve your issue.
We can reset your unit. You would do this by removing the battery. Unplug the black and red wires from the unit, waiting 30 seconds to a minute. Place the battery back into the unit and power it back up.
You can also try resetting the Camera. You can do this by turning off the camera, pressing and holding the pair button, turn on the camera until you hear a beep. After this, you can attempt to re-pair the camera to the Parent unit.
