Got the video and audio monitor thinking both features would be useful. And they are. But the audio output is low to the monitor (can't hear crying very well) especially when music is playing. Although I like the music feature it greatly diminishes the audio feature. You pretty much only hear the music. As far as video it is nice to see what's going on with the baby. Night time viewing works well. The pan tilt functions are limited but work well enough. Just don't use them as once the camera is set the baby doesn't really move away from viewing area.

Product is very good the sound comes through very well. Only negative is that the clarity of the LCD is not what I was expecting.

Maybe I was unlucky and got a lemon....but 3-5 lemons....probably not. I did a ton of research on baby monitors before buying and ended up deciding on this one. I have gone through two of the 5" screen ones and four of the 3.5" screen ones. I had multiple issues from bad connection from camera to screen, poor picture, stops charging and wont turn on. Getting the protection plan saved some money but still would lose money every time I had to return the item after a few months and exchange it for a new one. The protection plan is only a one time use....it breaks and you return it for money back... minus a prorated amount for the protection plan....and buy a new one. Then you have to purchase a new one plus a new protection plan. You also lose money if you use any of your reward certificates to purchase since they "expire". They were great when they did work but I would not recommend getting a Motorola one.

Overall does what is supposed to but could have a better zoom and night vision

Not only do you have the security of listening and watching your baby and daylight and at night but you can also tilt zoom and play lullabies on this device. At first I thought it was going to be complicated to operate but within minutes it was very easy to graphs the working concept of the device. You can also get an app on your phone to view when you're not in range with the monitor.

use this all around the house and can even reach outside a few feet. screen has a great battery life. have not used the wifi function but i assume it is only going to make the reach better!

Disappointed with functionality with iPhone. Long delays in responding to commands when trying to monitor from phone. WiFi signal is strong - have no problem streaming videos to my phone- but streaming from monitor to phone is very disappointing.

Love this system. Wish I would have purchased this system with 2 cameras. At the time of purchasing, I didn’t know it was an option. Picture is clear and camera is easy to install anywhere. I have travelled with this monitor and I hooking the camera up is extremely easy.

The camera works great and the setup is very easy. I would definitely recommend. Much improved from previous model.

I paid a lot of money for this and expected high performance. When our baby was only two months old, the cord for the camera was bad. This caused a loud, obnoxious alarm to sound on the monitor. I got a replacement, but in the meantime, my baby was on the other end of our house and I couldn't check on him without going into his room (at the risk of waking him). Very frustrating to say the least.

We love being able to keep an eye on the grandbabies after putting them in their crib.This would have been a 5 star, but we had to return it because the night vision stopped working.Luckily we are Elite Members because it was over the 30-day warranty. We got a brand new one.

Generally good. Love the camera direction movement. Microphone needs improvement. Internal batteries need improvement

I thought this would be a top notch product considering it is Motorola and the price. I was wrong. There is a lag in the video, it’s hard to see in night vision, it’s hard to use the monitor, and WiFi is a hit or miss. They need to work on this monitor and get it as good as a vtech. Thumbs down on this.

I bought this monitor after returning a more expensive one just a few days before. This monitor is clear, static free and is easy to adjust the camera. It’s a must buy.

It works great. It could use a longer lasting battery. It lasts about 2 hours.

Works great! Monitor works good with the RF and video/notifications over WiFi are even better.
