Monitor connects right away to the camera. Nice feature to be able to unplug the camera and move it to watch our baby during nap or other times, and it works on the charge for several hours. Haven’t used it much during the day, but the colors do show up nicely when we’ve had in a non-dark room

The receiver still adjusted the camera angle, and we got a good signal strength indicator, but just received a test pattern. Had to return. We really liked it, but bummer I had to return. Bought a different model.
