This is the second system I have purchased (same as the first) from Best Buy. One is used at my elderly fathers and the newest is for at home when babysitting our granddaughter. I have tried other monitors and they fell well short of expectations and what they said they did. I highly recommend this product. Having the WiFi has been a savior when I am traveling out of state as well as out of country - the app is right on my phone . In fact I use the app while on premises as well since it is easier to use (for me at least) than the handheld monitor . If need be I would purchase again.

There are more things I don't like than do with this camera. I think it's very expensive for what you get. The brightness can be adjusted but only barely- it's still super bright at night. The speaker is on the back and unless the camera is close, you can't really hear the baby. The speaker feature stopped working. I will say the quality of the product is decent as far as how it feels and handles and I like the screen size.

Love the camera. Happy with having a real monitor and a WiFi app option for when we’re out of the house. Only downfall is the monitor just broke after only 8mo of use. Will bring it back tomorrow to see if Best buy can help because it’s not cheap to be shot already. If they can help me give it a longer life then this rating will be 5 stars rather than 4.

Was perfect for our 2 story house. Range was great, sound and picture perfect. At about 11 months, the monitor and the camera disconnect regularly, the picture isn’t as clear and the sound muffled. Bought a warranty so will use it now. BUY THE WARRANTY!

Works as described. The camera is HD so the phone app is too. The screen is not on the monitor. But it’s still really clear. The app works great. Has motion and sound detection notifications to the phone. Can add three more cameras. I love the mood light the music sound and talking through the phone or monitor. I am very happy with this purchase. Would recommend highly.

I highly recommend this product. Big monitor screen and you get notifications for your baby, at your cell any time and everywhere you are. Even at work, miles away form home

I bought this to replace an older motorola camera that wasn't working to my liking. This camera provides excellent video quality (with the option to change streaming quality), and the portable screen can be used anywhere in our house. The app allows you to record your own voice and play it through the camera, which is cool (I recorded my own lullaby). Motorola charges $30 for a year long membership that allows you to save recordings if you'd like. I gave my mother the app login info so she can see her grandchild when he's in his room. Very happy with this purchase.

As far as wired baby monitors go, this one can't be beat. Image and sound quality are excellent. Look is sleek and modular. And it pans and scans great. For convenience, I'd love if it the camera unit were wireless/rechargeable (like the screen unit) and didn't need to be plugged in, as this limits where I can place it in the baby's room.

Excellent low light image. The camera can be moved left, right, up and down from the monitor. The monitor is battery powered. So, if one needs to monitor from a different room, just pop out the AC adapter and take it along. It has features I haven't figured out yet, but to some they may be important. I was actually surprised at the video fidelity. Audio could, arguably, be more hi-fi. But, its purpose is not listening to music. It's just to hear what's going on. Completely satisfied.

Got this for my daughter for her newborn. It has a very good signal and picture. I would recommend this to everyone.
