Baby monitor works great

Scans the room nicely so if using for a pet it works great as well. I would recommend these and will buy for baby shower gifts!

It gives me the freedom to go into another room and still be able to see what she's doing. The color is good on the monitor. Well made product.

Quality isn’t the greatest, it’s lags and does not pick up my baby crying until she is screaming. My internet connection is fine, this is just an awful monitor for the price. Definitely returning, waste of my time and money.

Possibly the volume is set too low, please increase the volume. We also suggest you reset the units as this can help with the low audio issue you're experiencing:
1) Reset the monitor.
*Please make sure to do the following steps with the unit plugged in:
• On the monitor's back by the power socket, you should see a small reset pinhole.
• Using a pin, or something small enough to fit inside, press and hold in the reset button until your monitor powers itself off.
• After what can take up to a minute, your monitor should then power itself back on. This will indicate that the reset has been completed successfully. You can now pair your camera back to the unit.
2) Reset the camera. You can do this by turning off the camera, pressing and holding the pair button, turn on the camera until you hear a beep. After this, you can attempt to repair the camera to the parent unit.

We suggest you check if there isn't any large metal object, solid structures or other radio or electrical equipment, such as TVs, computers, cordless or mobile phones, fluorescent lights or dimmer switches. Please note that using other 2.4GHz products, such as wireless networks (Wi-Fi routers), Bluetooth® systems, or microwave ovens, may interfere with this product. We recommend to keep the baby monitor away at least 5ft (1.5m) from these types of products or turn them off if they appear to be causing interference. The same goes for fans or white-noise machines. If the signal is weak, try moving the parent and the baby unit to different rooms' positions. If the issue remains, please contact our support either via live chat or email. Very disappointed

When she received it , it looked like it was used and then thrown back in the box with the wires all over the place. She had to take it back to Best Buy to exchange. Very disappointed in Best Buy. I would recommend the product but not from Best Buy.

Disappointing for the price point

Then it needed to be reset daily for it to function. In late March it just stopped working altogether. We tried to troubleshoot it per Motorola’s guidance, but it’s just a paperweight now.

Great Camera, One Glitch
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've really been enjoying this camera and the range, however once I connected via Hubble app, it disconnected the parent unit. I'd like to be able to connect when I'm out, but leave the parent unit at home with a babysitter so they don't need it on their phone, but I've been having issues with both the monitor screen and the phone connecting. When the parent unit disconnects, it beeps so loudly that it's startling. There is also a blue light that flashes which is annoying as my daughter sees it when she's trying to sleep, but otherwise it's a good monitor.
