Great when it connects. Handles music and maps well. It doesn't always detect my phone and I have to reinsert into the usb port to force it to connect. Otherwise, I would give it 5 stars.

Easy setup, stable connection. The one thing I don't like is how it stays connected after the engine is off, car is locked, and I've walked away. Need to disconnect wifi on my phone before it will let me connect a different device to the Bluetooth. But I think this comes with the territory with all devices like this.

I love this thing, I use it in my 2019 Honda Clarity. Being able to just get in my car and android auto starts is lovely. In the few months I've had it there have been no issues at all. It does take a moment to connect longer than a car with native wireless android auto or using a wired connection. The full price does suck. These things were wildly overpriced when they first came out. Nowadays they are on sale pretty regularly around $50 and I think that's really a good price for one. So keep an eye out for a sale and pick one up. You won't regret it.

    Easy, wireless Android Auto

I've tried to buy this adapter for months but it has always been out of stock. I got a recent alert and rushed to buy it. This is such a great tool. It works great with my Hyundai's Android Auto system. I notice no delayed response or degradation of audio quality. This device doesn't require a special app. It connects to your Android phone using Bluetooth and then it creates its own wireless access point and automatically connects your phone to it. There are only three flaws. 1) the device can take upwards of a minute to connect to with your phone and for the car to recognize it. This may be dependent upon a lot of factors such as your phone model, Android version, car type etc. 2) Without your phone connected using a cable, your battery discharges during use. 3) Depending on your vehicle, your USB port may remain powered after your car is turned off. This device blinks continually when no phone is connected so this could cause your car battery to drain. I just unplug it. If you can snag one, it works great, highly recommend.

This is an awesome, sleek device! I love that it eliminates the need for wires cluttering up my Crosstrek. It seamlessly integrates with my car, and I can't detect any difference in sound quality. Plus, there's no more fumbling with cables when I get in or out – it's the way it should be. It's a shame more cars don't come with wireless Android Auto built-in. In the meantime, this device stays discreetly in place with the included double-sided gel pad, keeping my dashboard clean and uncluttered. It simply works. Installation was a breeze, and setup was even easier. I've had no issues in my 2021 Subaru Crosstrek, paired with my Pixel 9 Pro Fold phone. I love that it's the only officially Google-certified Android Auto device out there, made by a reputable company, not some cheap knock-off.

This is the only product I know of that allows Android Auto wirelessly for cars that do not support Android Auto over Bluetooth. It is easy to setup and a great way to elimate wires. Highly recommend.

Waited a long time for this. Had an Amazon pending order for 2 weeks prior and waited for them to ship. Cancelled that order when BB emailed me that they had it in stock. BB even had it available for p/up ahead of the estimated time. Kudos to them. Installation was a hit or miss experience but I finally got this installed. And yes, I did have a phone running Android 11 and a factory head unit with Android Auto. Turns out you need Bluetooth and local wireless running and have to follow a sequence where the phone has to be initially connected by USB. I had to adjust the settings on both my phone and head unit. Dont really know why the implementation protocols were so onerous. YMMV Once running I experienced a spontaneous hangup with a phone reset on the first day of use. Since that time the connection time from starting the car to the icon appearing on the touch screen is about half a minute. Mostly use this to access music files on my phone but like that I won't have to connect the USB cable for navigation. The phone seems to use drain its battery a little more but I think it's worth the tradeoff. I think it's sad that a lot of us weren't able to easily buy one of these at retail due the obnoxious practices of some resellers.

Quick connectivity to my phone, not a fan that it uses wifi because my phone has tried to use it as a network connection yet after a sec or 2 it uses both wifi and cell network.

It works really well with my car and the call quality is good. I couldn't get it to connect to my wife's car, but I think that was her car's head unit and not this thing. Definitely would recommend!

Run Android Auto without a cord.

This device lets me run Android Auto without a cord. It would drop connection sometimes when I was using my 2020 Moto G Power, but once I updated to the 2024 Moto G Power 5G it's only dropped once when I was deep inside a parking garage. It's really nice to not have to plug in the phone to get Google maps while driving. It could be a _little_ cheaper, but to be fair I think that about everything.

So glad to not have wires everywhere in my car. Works great as soon as i turn on my car Android Auto works immediately with no issues. Best investment in a while for my car. The only con was the initial set up was a little frustrating but once thats done you dont have to do it again.

I love using Android Auto while driving. This takes the usb cable out of the equation. After a quick and easy set-up, all you have to do is plug this in and your phone will connect automatically. Once set up you can even take it to another car without additional set up.

I have purchased about 3 wireless car adapters on Amazon about 3 times from various manufactures but none of those can compare to this one. It was a very easy installation. It has not dropped or lost connection once and I use a Galaxy S25 Ultra. I absolutely love the wireless connection. It's a great product that you can't go wrong with it!

It does it's job, but connecting can be sketchy at times. 80% of the times it connects withing the first minute of turning on my Jeep, and then the other 20% it seems to take maybe two or three minutes. Not a huge deal but slightly annoying when you're already driving and have to check your phone. Also wireless causes your battery to drain a lot faster, so you'll still probably plug into your charger. Which makes me question why am I even bothering with wireless...lol. Other than that it functions exactly like being connected via USB. Not delays or lag that I've noticed.

Great but intermittent. Setup can be a little fiddly. Works best if you totally forget your phone from the car (bluetooth and carplay) beforehand. After that, when it works, it works great. Audio can be a little laggy if its a video or something, but not noticeable for music/audiobooks. Does take 30-60 seconds after the car is turned on before it connects bc it uses the USB power. In our Honda, this connected properly every 9/10 times. When it didnt work, unplug/reconnect fixed it. In our Suburu, its about 50/50. It is in a little glove box, so maybe that impacts the signal. The subaru also gives preference to Iphones, so if my wife is in the car, even just bluetooth, the adapter doesn't connect at all to my android (though probably the cars fault not the adapter).

I jave a Hyandai Santa Fe 2023 that only has plug in Android Auto. The Pros, your phone is free to be plugged wherever when ever. I dont have to i itiate it t It automatically starts. Music and navigation work pretty well like in other OEM wireless android auto vehicles. The biggest PRO is that I can now use any other charging port in my car. Using the wired android auto it caused my phone to use my Ore power than was able to be charged. It would die over time of it stayed on Android Auto. Cons: delayed audio. Calls are delayed causing people on the other end to not understand you and the conversation is completely off. Audio from any shows or movies watch by passengers is off by 2 seconds or so. It has connectivity issues, it will randomly disconnect. I have updated and reset connection many times. But still happens. It comes back each time more of an annoyance if yourwaiting for a critical gps turn or call switching to speaker or handset. Overall for what i paid, 44ish. Its great will keep this as i passed my return window. And now i can charge my phone while using android auto. While the cons may seem big its not bad enough for me not to use it. Cons
