This is an awesome, sleek device! I love that it eliminates the need for wires cluttering up my Crosstrek. It seamlessly integrates with my car, and I can't detect any difference in sound quality. Plus, there's no more fumbling with cables when I get in or out – it's the way it should be. It's a shame more cars don't come with wireless Android Auto built-in.
In the meantime, this device stays discreetly in place with the included double-sided gel pad, keeping my dashboard clean and uncluttered. It simply works. Installation was a breeze, and setup was even easier. I've had no issues in my 2021 Subaru Crosstrek, paired with my Pixel 9 Pro Fold phone. I love that it's the only officially Google-certified Android Auto device out there, made by a reputable company, not some cheap knock-off.

My car came with Apple Car play as far as wireless connectivity is concerned. Easy to setup and use. Eliminates the cord. 9nly issue is the monuting square is awful. I ended up using the velcro mounting strips fr9m EZ Pass and it works perfect.

I was on the waiting list forever for this and got it a few weeks ago. I hated every 3 montha taking my dash apart for put a new cable into the back of of my Pioneer Radio in my truck. NO MORE! The Motorola MA1 is killer and works flawlessly with my Samsung S21 Ultra and my Pioneer AVH head unit.
To finally just get in my truck and my phone connects in about 20 to 30 seconds, Android Auto is up and running perfect fory ride into work and home. Also, long trips of 4 hours so far I have not had one disconnecttion where as with the cable it would freeze after 2 or 3 hours, the MA1 just keeps on working.
Great Job Motorola!

Waited a long time for this. Had an Amazon pending order for 2 weeks prior and waited for them to ship. Cancelled that order when BB emailed me that they had it in stock. BB even had it available for p/up ahead of the estimated time. Kudos to them.
Installation was a hit or miss experience but I finally got this installed. And yes, I did have a phone running Android 11 and a factory head unit with Android Auto. Turns out you need Bluetooth and local wireless running and have to follow a sequence where the phone has to be initially connected by USB. I had to adjust the settings on both my phone and head unit. Dont really know why the implementation protocols were so onerous. YMMV
Once running I experienced a spontaneous hangup with a phone reset on the first day of use. Since that time the connection time from starting the car to the icon appearing on the touch screen is about half a minute. Mostly use this to access music files on my phone but like that I won't have to connect the USB cable for navigation. The phone seems to use drain its battery a little more but I think it's worth the tradeoff.
I think it's sad that a lot of us weren't able to easily buy one of these at retail due the obnoxious practices of some resellers.

Very good solution for Android Auto users that keep damaging USB-C port on your phone because plugging/unplugging it so often. With this it will make your car stereo capable to run wireless Android Auto. Connection is steady and reliable, I never have a built in wireless Android auto car but tried rental car one, compares to that, this is on par. Get in the car with the already connected phone (via BT) to this device will quickly start the Android Auto on the stereo. After that it operates just like wired connection. Simple and affordable solution.

I LOVE THIS!! I wish i had known about it months ago! It was so annoying to keep plugging my usb for my android every time i need my gps or music into my car. This device is the best and super simple to plug and connect. Literally, in a minute or two. It is one of those small and simple things that just makes my little heart so happy.

Every once in a while I hit a bump and it will re-connect, but I have had it for just over a month with 4 drives of over 8 hours and a total of 2 disconnects. I am also using it on my daily work commute of 20 minutes.
The initial setup was a piece of cake, and I was working in only a few minutes.
The only negative is that I wish it would boot up and connect faster than 30 seconds, but considering it is a dongle doing Android Auto I consider that acceptable.

Since this item was out of stock most of the time, i resorted to trying a different wireless Android Auto system. The Motorola MA1 blows my previous one out of the water. After you do the easy setup, Android Auto works normally without glitches. My previous one had connection issues sometimes. The MA1 has not given me any signs of connection problems as such. Other wireless dongles do a weird cycle of closing and opening Android Auto upon power up. The MA1 doesnt. Works seamlessly. If you ever have the possibility (and, frankly, luck) to get one of these, and, you want to break free of wired Android Auto to save your phone port, this is your dongle here.

It is a little bit expensive for what it does, but it is a lot cheaper than getting a new stereo, lol. The first time you use it is a little bit time-consuming, but after that, it just turns on and works like a charm. If you are the type of person that just want to go with no looking for the cable, then get one.

My wife drives a Hyundai Elantra. It has Android Auto but because it comes with the widescreen infotainment system, it doesn't support wireless AA. I searched for adapters but either this one was sold out or I would find a different brand that I'm not familiar with. This little dongle was easy to setup and now it connects her phone as quick as it does with my car. There will be less wear on her USB-C port, She's less likely to forget her phone, and now she can charge using a faster method when needed.

Had this for about two weeks. The very first day it did randomly disconnect twice while on a road trip but I think that was more the bumps in the road might have jostled the USB.
Since that day there have been 0 issues. I drive a 2019 Honda Civic Si. Connected first time, no connection issues. Love this thing.

In a world where connectivity defines our experiences, the Best Buy Wireless Bluetooth Connector emerges as a true champion, wielding the power to transform our audio realm more effectively than any sword ever could. It's often said that "the pen is mightier than the sword," and in the case of this innovative device, we can confidently argue that a well-written review can resonate far beyond the product itself—just as this connector bridges the gap between devices.
Upon unboxing, I was struck by the sleek design of the Best Buy Wireless Bluetooth Connector. With its compact size and minimalist aesthetic, it fits seamlessly into any environment, much like a well-penned paragraph that blends effortlessly into a narrative. Setting it up was a breeze; with just a few simple steps, I felt as empowered as a wordsmith crafting a masterful essay, my audio devices now ready to communicate wirelessly.
Once connected, the quality of sound delivered by this Bluetooth connector was nothing short of exceptional. Whether I was streaming music, watching a film, or participating in a virtual meeting, I found the audio clarity to be equally as sharp as a finely-tuned argument. The connection was remarkably stable, proving that it is indeed possible for technology to outshine the might of any blunt instrument. Every note rang true, and every voice came through clearly, as if the thoughts and feelings behind the words were lifted directly from the source.
One of the standout features was the impressive range of connectivity. I could move freely around my living space without sacrificing audio quality—much like an author who has the liberty to choose their ideas and words without constraint. This freedom allowed me to enjoy my favorite podcasts while organizing my bookshelves or feeling inspired to create, proving that this Bluetooth connector is not only a tool but also an enabler of creativity.
User-friendly controls and the device's compatibility with a variety of audio products further enhanced my experience. It invites use across different stages of daily life—from a quiet morning with a cup of coffee to an invigorating workout session—demonstrating the versatility of a well-crafted narrative that speaks to its audience.
In conclusion, the Best Buy Wireless Bluetooth Connector is a device that lives up to its promise of seamless connectivity and exceptional audio quality. It stands as a testament to the axiom that the pen is mightier than the sword. While the sword may be a tool for battle, the pen—and in this case, the Bluetooth connector—provides a more profound connection, enriching our daily lives through sound and creativity. For anyone in search of a reliable wireless connection that truly delivers, this product comes highly recommended, ready to serve as your very own writing instrument in the symphony of sound.

It does it's job, but connecting can be sketchy at times. 80% of the times it connects withing the first minute of turning on my Jeep, and then the other 20% it seems to take maybe two or three minutes. Not a huge deal but slightly annoying when you're already driving and have to check your phone. Also wireless causes your battery to drain a lot faster, so you'll still probably plug into your charger. Which makes me question why am I even bothering with wireless...lol. Other than that it functions exactly like being connected via USB. Not delays or lag that I've noticed.
