Nice design, but the bluetooth function (connection to cellphone) is really weak.

It's a great built phone for the price. Its; orange color stands out if you lose it.

Plugged in properly for charge. After 2 days still not charged! You need a plastic pin that comes with it to unlock it for cgarging. Ridiculous. If you have plenty of time to figure this phone out then it's for you.

The battery dies all the time, after about 3 months it stopped fully charging

The audio quality is very poor, the maximum volume emitted when connected via Bluetooth is much - much too low and finding online support is a complete joke. Had I known this was a Lenovo product behind the Motorola branding, I never would have purchased it to begin with. Very unfortunate considering the physical design is pretty solid in hand.

The phone ringer is not good for a loud environment, like a restaurant. We can't hear it if we're farther than 15 feet away. Other than that, it's a good phone, durable, waterproof, and bright colored.

I bought the phone for my mom as a gift. I thought it would be a great idea since it's shock resistant and supposedly waterproof. Anyway I decided to test it out , so I submerged 75% of the phone into a cup. I thought it still worked fine until my mom said the phone had water damage later on that day.

As others have mentioned, set up was a bit tedious. That said, we really liked the overall construction. Weight is balanced and button placement is solid. Even the display - for being monochrome - was better than expected. The real issue with this Lenovo device is the lack of audio gain when connected via Bluetooth. Not sure if it is a speaker amplification issue or something to do with the Bluetooth connection but compared to the mobile device I connected to, the max volume was horrible - lacking overall clarity and unable to overcome background noise. This device needs work. Returned for a full refund.
