The arms do not move in what I would call "full motion." The clamp does not hold in place very well either. Definitely would not buy this again and is not worth the money.

The negative is the arms come too far forward with 24" screens and you cannot make them go back farther. I have space behind my desk so will put an added support to mount the the arms further back. They do a nice job of holding and allow movement of screens.

Pieces that lock cords into place are flimsy and break easy. The arms, no matter how loose you get them, dont have much movement and do not fine tune at all.

I would still measure for thickness. Tightens to support heavier monitors. Only con is that I wish the arms had more range of motion, but I'm sure there is another product from this company that does just that.
