Buy this if you’re a Wacom Cintiq user!

This is gonna be a very specific review but if you’re a Wacom Cintiq user, specifically for the 21 UX this monitor arm works pretty darn well! I wanted a dual monitor mount for my Cintiq and my monitor and I was worried it wouldn’t fit my Cintiq since Wacom claims that you should only use their brand of mount. With the 21UX being 19 lbs, I almost gave in a bought a Wacom mount that was more than the price of this dual mount. But, I gave this one a shot and it worked! You do have to tightened the front where is holds the Cintiq as tight as possible or it will angle down but you actually don’t need to tighten the arm itself all the way which I found to be impressive! This is a great durable mount and I couldn’t recommend it more!

A good solution for the issue i had. The grommet mount comes included and i ended up utilizing it. I needed to mount 2 34 inch 21:9 monitors. One portrait and one landscape. The system supported this solution well and at a good price. Build quality and cable management are quite good for the price point.

This item is a first of its kind for me. I have a 27 inch monitor on it so far and i love the way you can adjust the tension for heavier monitors. So far the ease of use is great and fits perfectly on my sit stand desk. I will be monitoring its durability as the months go by.

Works great, Put 2 UJ59 Samsung 32" 4k monitors on it. Set up was a breeze.
To the manufacturer: Please make the plastic parts that hide the wires in the arms a bit more sturdy and better able to "click" into place.

I mounted a 24” and 21” monitor to each arm. It’s great, it’s tall, easily adjustable. However the clamp slips on my desk so as I move the arms, the clap slides off the back of the desk. However, my biggest complaint is that to have the monitors flat to the wall the monitors need to be 3ft away from each other. If I try to bring them together, they overlap. I have my desk against the wall so I cannot have the arms sticking out behind the wall. I’ll be returning the arms since I cannot get them to be flat against the wall

These are the best mount I've ever bought but I used them for a 15.6 inch monitor and now the arms look really big
Valued Customer, Feel free to turn the gas spring arm counterclockwise to tighten the gas spring using the provided allen wrench. We appreciate your feedback. Thank you

Pistons are a little tedious to get the perfect amount of resistance, but all in all the mount works beautifully

I didn't want to give this a one-star review - because I COULD NOT use it - It didn't work for me because my desk isn't a good fit. It seems like it would be amazing, and a GOOD RECOMMENDATION only if you have the right place to attach it.
If you have a normal desk edge, without obstacles in the middle, this will probably work for you. I don't have that.
This absolutely did NOT work for me because I need 2 single arms to mount on an Ergotron WorkFit-SR - standing desk. My standing desk is built for 2 equal-sized screens, so the center of the desk has a mechanism that won't allow me to mount this dual monitor mount in the center.
I tried checking BEFORE purchasing, (even asking AI - using model numbers etc.) to see if this would be compatible with my existing standing desk, which is built for 2 monitors already. I got the wrong answer everywhere and ordered this. AI makes mistakes! I told it about its error, so hopefully the info will spread across the AI universe and they can stop saying to others that this arm is compatible with the Ergotron standing desk!
There is not any space on my Ergotron standing desk to attach the ARM because of how the "standing mechanism" to raise and lower the desk takes up the space where the arm attaches to the desk.
I replaced ONE of my 24" monitors with a 34" curved screen. The plan is to mount the 24" in "portrait mode" since I will be able to better read documents on that screen in portrait mode!
The suggestion to keep one of my existing 24" and to buy a smaller 34" curved monitor, was made by AI and it's brilliant! Some AI info is correct.
I'm not a "gamer" so my initial fantasy of buying a single 49" curved monitor is not necessary! It makes so much sense to replace only ONE 24" flat screen with the 34" curved, which will give me the expanded space I need PLUS the added benefit of keeping one remaining 24" flat screen, rotated to portrait, for reading full documents without needing to scroll.
GAMERS need the bigger single screens but people who do work (documents, photography, etc.) and have to review or write documents will benefit from a dual-screen-portrait-and-landscape combination!
If you have a FLAT DESK with space for this spring arm to attach to, it will probably be TERRIFIC for you!
Moving forward I'll buy arms for SINGLE screens as the desktop space on the standing desk, away from the center, should hold each monitor. Considering the two sizes of monitors I'm using, I need the 24" portrait set monitor to be mounted closer to the edge and the 34" monitor to be mounted close to, but not on the center.

It is much sturdier than it would seem to be than in the picture. I got a new desk and thought I would mount it on the edge of the desk. I really didn't work that way. The articulating arms extend past the edge of the desk and would not allow the desk to fit flush against the wall. It works well when you figure out how much you want to extend the arms to fit flush to the edge of the desk, and then drill the appropriate hole to make it work. Overall, this is not a problem because it makes the center of gravity of attached monitors to be more stable. Drill the hole, it was worth it.
Good covering of cables in the monitor arms. Looks really nice.

MSI Artymis 32" monitor (Not Compatible)

I purchased this dual mount for my MSI Artymis 32" monitor (curved), the weight of it is 19.8lbs and screen size is roughly 31" with curvature. I read all Q&A's and bought this mount based on spec saying max weight of 20lbs and max screen size 32". At first I liked the simplicity of setup and durability of Mount immediately but once I connected my MSI ARTYMIS to mount it wouldn't hold the weight and kept dropping and drooping, I tighten everything everywhere to try and make this mount work but just wouldn't hold this MSI monitor. In the Q&A section the mount-it team answers questions saying this product can hold a 32" and 20lbs monitor but my monitor was inside those measurements and would not hold. I recommend the product because it was made well and compared to other mounts this was price friendly. I'd say 28" and no more than 17lbs for this mount to be in best working scenario.

The design of the mount is very good, allowing a full range of motion for both monitors. The fit and finish of the steel main members and plastic accents is excellent. This is a high quality unit. Manipulation of the arms is a little bit difficult; but that's the nature of these type of mounts. BTW, it is compatible with Dell monitors with standard VESA-type mounting configurations. I've used this mount with both dual 25" and 27" Dell monitors. If I needed another dual-arm monitor mount, I'd buy this unit again without thinking twice.

Great stand, using glass top desk. The metal frame under the glass top is just under 3". Wasn't sure it would work, but it seems just fine, and tight enough.

It holds my 32in curved monitor on one arm and a laptop in the other. The cable management is good although i can't seem to adjust the ease of rotation for the bottom part of the arm so they are a little too stiff for my liking.

If you worried about your monitors falling then don't look any further. They are super sturdy and pretty easy to install. They are slightly stiff but that's probably because I have them tight. I rather deal with a stiff arm then a monitor falling down. I have two 25 inch alienware monitors mounted.

These are very sturdy mounts. The only thing that can be a problem is the clamp depth. My desk only has a lip about 1/2 thick and one inch deep before it hits a support bar under the desk. If you have this problem, don't fret! I simply bought some trim to give extra thickness and depth for the clamp to hold to. I did email the company and suggested the clamp depth be included at least online.
